This property is located within the central beach area. It is located two houses from Riverside Park which contains the Tennis center, Art Museum, Theatre, Restaurants, Boat Ramp, Fishing Dock, Baseball Diamond and Children's Play ground. It is two short blocks to central beach shopping district which is bordered by a lifeguard protected beach area.

This 2 story classic West Indies/New Orleans style family home contains two living areas - one on the first floor with a family room on the second floor. It has a large rear porch with a gas BBQ , sink, refrigerator and cabana bath. The total living area exceeds 3,500 sf which provides... a lot of space for quite time. Our house is a dream for families and couples alike. The large gourmet kitchen forms the central hub of activity. The house was new in 2009 and has been featured in Vero Life Magazine and was used as the Junior League showhouse in 2009. It is decorated in the classic style.

The bedrooms are located on two levels; the two master suites and bedroom/office are on the first level with two bedrooms on the second level surrounding the family room, half bath and wet bar. Each bedroom has a private bath. Each upstairs bedroom has a private balcony.

As stated previouly, the kitchen is in the central core surrounded by a butlers pantry on one side and a wet bar and wine cooler on the other. Yes, the house has a wet bar on each floor and outside. All appliances are Kitchen Aid and the house has a dishwasher.

The dwelling sleeps 12 in the five bedrooms. It has a convertable sofa in the upstairs family room.

The house was designed for entertaining with an indoor/outdoor flow. Therefore, it has plenty of room to entertain guests and family members.

The master suite contains its own private bath with a whirlpool tub. The furnishings include:

Master - Queen bed and chest drawers

Office - Sleeper chair and twin bed

Second Master - Queen bed and dresser

East bedroom - Two twin beds

West bedroom - Two twin beds

All dishes, towels and silverware are contained in the spacious wood cabinets.

Camelia Lane is located on the barrier island, three blocks south and west of the intersection of SR A1A and Beachland Boulevard, SR 60 in Central Beach.
The house lies within walking distance of Central Beach shops, restaurants and the public beach. In addition, it lies within one block of the Museum of Art, Riverside Theatre, Tennis Courts, Boat Ramps, Kids Playground and other park like amenities.
Riverside Park is the largest park in Vero Beach with access to the river for canoe, paddle boarding, etc.
Bicycle along the river or stroll along the boardwalk at the beach.

  My family and I had a great time in Vero Beach. We loved this house. It was fairly close to the beach but just across the street from a great park. The house was very roomy and the kids had their own space including a couch and tv area upstairs. We recommend this house to you and your family.

  Great Stay!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in Vero Beach in Feb. of 2013. Eight of us came down to Vero for a conference and were hoping to save some money by renting a house and splitting the cost instead of booking hotel rooms. We certainly accomplished our goal and experienced the benefits of having a full gourmet kitchen that is open to a large living area for meetings and social gatherings. It's a perfect space for gathering and entertaining.
  
  The house is centrally located on a quiet street and about 1/2 mile or less (walking distance) from a beautiful beach and the main beach strip. There is also a park almost adjacent to the property.
  
  The property was clean and beautiful and had 5 bedrooms along with four nicely appointed full baths and 2 half baths. This was a perfect set up for our group. The house was also well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
  
  We also saved a great deal of money cooking in the beautiful kitchen and outside on the grill. I can't say enough about the kitchen! It even has a wine cooler! All the appliances are newer and top notch. Even the upstairs has a little fridge and an additional living area. The house has a great layout whether you are a single family, two families, or just friends sharing the house.
  
  John, the owner is very pleasant and easy to work with. He is also close by if you need him. When we rented the home there was a $150.00 money back incentive upon arrival for a quick booking. This was a great bonus and John had the cash when we got there.
  
  This rental is well worth the money and you will certainly not be disappointed. We would rent this property again from John in a heartbeat.

  Luxurious property near beach

  Great property with private pool, walk to the beach. More space then we needed in a quiet residential area. Property was clean and had all the necessary linens.The owner was available and good to deal with. The beach was not crowded and has good waves for boogie boarding. Vero Beach has many good dining options too, although many are across the bridge on the mainland.

  Wonderful family holiday

  We rented this house for 9 days during Christams 2011. My children, their spouses, and their children, all 14 of us, truly enjoyed ourselves. The house was big enough for each family to have their room, and plenty of entertainment space.It was 2 blocks from one of the most beautiful beaches that I have ever been on.
  The owner ( John Carroll) was wonderful, and I would not hesitate to rent property from him again.
  It was the best family vaction that we have ever taken, and we talk about it often.
