This is a wonderful home that is everything we hoped it would be. It had plenty of space and was clean and inviting. It is in a quiet, gated community that is well cared for and safe. Located near shopping and attractions, we look forward to returning. While my wife and I were the primary occupants, we also had the opportunity to have family visit. The home provided more than ample space with the master suite arranged in such a way as to provide privacy for all. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary cookware and dishware, and seating for 6 around the dining table was a plus. The property was clean and inviting and the linens were crisp and comfortable. Even paper products were supplied. We loved the screened in porch next to the pool and while the weather did not always cooperate, we spent much of our time here. The owner was a real pleasure to work with and the property manager was readily available to handle some minor glitches upon our arrival. We could not have asked for more polite, friendly and professional interaction. The owner treated us like family. I would look no further than this home for future time in Vero.

Left on 02/10/2013 for a stay in February 2013
This home was a perfect place to stay with our large family (six children). The beds are so comfortable and the jacuzzi tub in the master bath was a nice addition. The kitchen is fully furnished and we used the grill in the back to cook steaks. The owners were so nice and available to help us with anything we needed. I went home and told my friends and family about this place. This home would make Vero Beach our family vacation spot, such a nice place to stay.

Orangeville, CanadaRent this house, You will not be disappointed!
Left on 08/30/2012 for a stay in August 2012
We rented this property from august 7 - 14, 2012. Where to begin. Right from the moment of sending an email to ann for information, the experience was great. She was very prompt at returning emails, and answered all of my questions. She offered a very fair rate. My husband and I, our children, age 5 & 7, were travelling with my in-laws. We also had some local friends join us for part of the week. There was plenty of space. This house is beautiful. The pictures really don't do it justice. Everything you need if there for you waiting. It feels like you are not close to anything, but once you get to know the area, you are really close to everything. There are tonnes of great shopping opportunities.
The beds...This is the first time I have ever come home from my vacation, crawled into my own bed and said to my husband, "ugh I miss the bed!" These are the most amazing beds!!! Ann I don't know what your secret is, but I forgot to look before we left. Even my kids say they want a mattress like they had in Florida. If you like a firm or non-feather pillow however, I would suggest you bring your own.
The hot water is hot and held up to lots of use. Having the washer and dryer was great also, not to mention the dishwasher! Pool was also fantastic and where we spent most of our week. Very warm and the outdoor shower to rinse off after was an added bonus.
The local hospital was also great. My oldest ended up with swimmer's ear and had to go to the emergency department. She was treated very well. Just remember to call your health insurance provider prior to attending.
My only frustration was the little ants that end up in the bathroom. I say frustration because it is a common problem for tropical climates, and not the home owners fault.
Overall an amazing experience. The kids are still talking about it. I will definately rent this property again if we go back to Vero Beach. -

OrlandoGreat price for what you get.
Left on 08/24/2012 for a stay in August 2012
When we were planning our vacation we really wanted to be on the beach. Then we saw this house and the cost was half the price and the house was over two times larger. So we figured we would check it out and I am so glad we did. It was easy to get to, close to the beach, mall, grocery store and outlets. We asked the kids if they would have liked being off the beach and they said "no, staying at this house was worth the ride to the beach." Everything we needed was there. It was a great time for us as a family. The kids loved the pool and having their own rooms.

This home was perfect for our families needs. My father lives in Vero Beach and has a townhome that could not accommodate all his children and grandchildren at one time.
Lucky for us we came across this beautiful home located in a very nice gated community, just a short drive to downtown Vero Beach.
We found the home to be much larger than we first thought. The home was immaculate and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans and dishware. We felt very at home here the minute we walked in.
A special thanks to the owner, she could not have been more accommodating and caring.

Our stay at this home greatly exceeded our expectations! Looking for a place to comfortably accommodate 5 couples in Vero Beach was not easy - but we found this & more with this home!
The owner ann, was so kind & friendly in our communications. She was prompt to answer all my questions & was always available. She even called to check in on us during out stay to make sure we didn't need anything further.
The house was beautiful, spacious & clean. It is very nicely decorated, which makes it easy to make yourself at home here. Even with 5 couples staying here, it never felt like we were stepping on each other. The kitchen was gorgeous and had everything we needed for all of our cooking & baking. The pantry & bathrooms were also stocked with some of the day-to-day extras you don't always travel with which was a nice bonus!
The screened in porch & pool are great too. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, grilling out & spending late-nights relaxing in the porch. It was great to be located in a quiet neighborhood, out of the way but so close to shopping, eating & several beaches.
I would recommend this house to anyone! I would rent this house again, if coming back to Vero Beach. -

Left on 03/20/2011 for a stay in February 2011
My wife & I stayed at this home for a full month in Feb. 2011. The home is very spacious, with lots of bedrooms, most with large flat screen t.v.'s, and very comfortable beds which is important on long stays. The master suite was fantastic, with a whirlpool tub, walk in closet, and a king size pillow top bed. It has a great kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and equipped with everything you need. We usually bring kitchen utencils with us as many rentals have only basic equipment but the owners of this home have gone out of there way to make sure everything you need is available. We had an issue with the coffee pot and the owner had a new one delivered to us within hours of calling her. The home has a beautiful fenced in back yard and a nice pool. It is conveniently located just minutes to the beach and shopping. The home was very clean and spacious with 2 1/2 baths, and a two car garage. We will definitely rent this home again when we come back to Vero Beach.

Our stay at this home was absolutely wonderful! The house is so spacious and comfortable and equipped with everything you could think of. The decor of the house is so neat, cozy, and peaceful. It is easy to make yourself at home.
We loved the tranquility of the area. The yard and the pool were a huge plus with the kids. It was so relaxing to sit on the back porch and read a book while the kids played.
The proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants is a bonus as well. We would definitely recommend this house! -

This luxury house is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood so it provides a
very restful and private experience. The house is large and beautifully
appointed, with lots of charm and plenty of opportunity for private space
for individuals and/or couples. Can't say that about a lot of vacation
properties I have rented! Lots of bathroom space made getting ready fast -
even for a large family. Our kids couldn't get over the fact that there were
several fabulous flat screen TVs in the house.
It was fabulous having our own private pool, and the screened porch was an
amazing place to relax and entertain friends.
What a kitchen! Plenty of room and facilities to cook whatever your heart
desires, and lots of room to have friends over, too.
Lots of restaurants and grocery store options nearby, as well as access to
the mall and the outlet malls -- just minutes away. Marble Slab Ice Creamery
is very close, too! And several fabulous beaches just a short drive away.
The house was super clean and completely ready for our arrival -- right down
to some very nice extra details! It is in like-new condition.
We love Round Island Beach and the short hike across the street at Round
Island proper - where it is fun to look for manatee, as well as the North
County Pool up in Sebastian. Also, be sure to check out what is playing at
the local theatres, as there are sometimes some gems.
We love Vero Beach, and our stay at this rental was terrific! We will be
glad to return!
