Total remodel everything is new CENTRAL beach is the best location in vero south beach you need a car same with the northern end, here you can walk to all of vero's best restaurant's and beach's. walk out the back door walk across ocean drive your at the beach walk south have the beach to your self or right there is the park with lifegaurds. Upstairs is two bedrooms each with a private bathroom first floor living, dining,kitchen, laundry room, bathrom and florida room with a sleeper sofa. The photo's are all a short walk no need for a car. Everything you need is included. Two TV's.Outside patio with gas grill and patio furniture.

600' south of flamevine on cardinal dr central beach the oak trees canopy the street (see photo's) covered parking for 2 cars in back and park 1 in front as I mentioned this is central beach you can walk to everything beach shops, beach,etc......

My brother, my niece and I traveled to Vero Beach to visit mom. We stayed at Tom's place and we were all in awe when we walked in the front door. It was so very clean, newly renovated and comfortable. The location was within walking distance of the beach and a nice downtown. My brother had mentioned in his review some yappers next door unbeknownst to us they too were a weekly rental that just wanted to go play catch and bury their paws in the beach sand.
We would highly recommend Tom's place on your next stay in Vero Beach. I know that we will be returning!

My sister, adult daughter and I stayed five nights in mid-September to visit Mom/Grandma. On previous trips we would of booked at least two hotel rooms. This makes Tom's rental an excellent value given the amenities. If it's available, we'll rent from him for future trips. We enjoyed being within walking distance of the restaurants and the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate most breakfasts and a few lunches there. We spent some time relaxing on the patio with cocktails, but did not take advantage of the gas grill that was available.
Overall we loved the place and will be recommending it to others. -

This was a very nice location in Vero Beach..We walked to the beach in just 2 minutes...Had very comfortable beds and flat screen tv in florida room and master bedroom...Enjoyed the full complete kitchen with all the conveniences of home!!! Would recommend anyone to stay here...Tom was very nice to work with and made sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful 3 night stay!! Will be back!!!
