Residenza Verrazzano is a large and modern apartment located just outside the walls of the ancient city of Verona, on the top story of a building in a quiet and well-served residential quarter.
The historic center of Verona is reached by an enjoyable walk and is where guests can enjoy the Arena Opera Season and the many summer theatre and art events.
Guests with automobiles find convenient free parking next to the apartment.

Residenza Verrazzano is a 3 bedroom apartment on a top floor of an apartment building. There is an elevator so you do not have to climb to the 6th floor.
The apartment is spacious, with 2 balconies, a nice kitchen and a good sized bathroom with washing machine. There are also two aC units for those very warm days and nights. The apartment is very clean and during our 1 week stay a cleaning lady visited it once for cleaning and change of linen and towels.
The apartment is located about 15-20 minute walk from the old town and there are direct busses to the centre and railway station. This is residencial district with services like a pasticceria, a bakery, a supermarket and a good organic food shop within two blocks. For dinner it is better to go to the old town with lots of nice restaurants.
There are free parking spaces next to the apartment.
The owner Ms Giovanna was very helpful when we arrived and she even checked with an SMS that everything is fine during our stay. She also provided us a 3G/Umts stick for an internet connection.
