The apartment is divided in two indipendent parts internally connected with a double door, both parts have an indipendent bathroom and an indipendent hall. The two rooms have windows that have a streight view on the Cortile di Giulietta and they are exactly in front of the famous Juliet balcony.
The sleeping area (45 Mq) is equiped with a Queen size bed, bathroom with shower, basin, Wc and Bidet. Coffee corner (Nespresso), kettle for tea, frige, Tv Lcd, strongbox, central air conditioning.

It is my husband's birthday and so I wanted something really special to celebrate. The apartment is situated in the courtyard where the statue of Juliet is-oh so romantic! The bedroom is fitted out with superb fittings that make the stay even more wonderful. The Nespreso machine-one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen is delicious. The Bathrooms are very modern and well equipped and the kitchen was a delight to sit down and eat our meals that we purchased from this amazing food market and Gastonomie shop just around the corner. Our host was just amazing and ever so helpful in guiding us to get the most out of our stay in Verona. Our 12 year old son was thrilled with the apartment and loved having his own bathroom and enjoyed the large screen television, but the key to the courtyard was the most memorable of all. This was the highlight of our 5 week trip in Italy.

This is a modern, clean and classy apartment and it is actually in Juliets's courtyard. Comfortable bed, great heating, very modern/ stylish bathroom and in walking distance to all the key parts of Verona, restaurants, piazza's, shops etc.
Michela is delightful, highly efficient and punctual and ever ready with advice if sought( grazie mille Michela). There is nothing to fault here, it was my perfect home away from home and I am missing it badly. Will definitely be back.Response from MICHELA - 06/02/2013

My husband and I traveled with our children and stayed at this beautiful apartment. Michela was great! We got lost on our way there...we were driving. I called her up and she helped me navigate. She really did go out of her way to help us, gave us recommendations, and chose one of the best wines we had on the trip. When we left a passport, she was very helpful in trying to get it to us.
The apartment was the favorite of our children. It was roomy and our daughter said the sofa sleeper was the most comfortable she has ever slept on. It was so homey in the apartment that I actually cooked dinner one night.
The location was amazing! Having access to the courtyard after the gate closed was the perfect setting to allow my husband to take an amazing picture. -

Dette er en fantastisk herlig stille, fresh stor leilighet som har direkte utsikt til (Romeo og Julies) balkong (40 meter), med ideel beliggenhet i forhold til alle serverdigheter. 7 min lett gange til arena de Verona. Fantastisk god service, Michela gjorde vår lang weekend til en drøm, booket de herligste resturanter for middag og lunch, og tegnet inn på kartet alle "do" & "dont's" i forhold til top serverdigheter og turistfeller. Vi fikk ferske baguetter, croissanter og Juice hver morgen. Glem hotel, dette er mye bedre på alle måter.

Everything about La Corte Di Giulietta was just amazing. The location was simply fantastic . Lavinia apartment was so beautiful and clean. The apple cake and wine were a beautiful touch. Michela was also amazing... nothing was too much trouble. Michela met us later than planned due to our flight being changed, she then rang Ristorante Rubiani at 9pm to arrange dinner for us. Ennio at Ristorante Rubiani was also fantastic, recommending wonderful wines to match the beautiful food, we ate there twice. Ristorante Il Desco was one of the best meals we have ever experienced and worth every cent.

Because we were travelling as a family of 5 with a toddler we rented both these wonderful apartments. Five stars must be awarded to Michela our hostess who was absolutely fabulous in welcoming us and providing help and directions. As mentioned we were travelling with a toddler so required a cot and had expected, as elsewhere, the usual basic travelling cot but Michela had arranged a proper wooden cot dressed with the most beautiful linen and blankets. The amenities in both apartments were top quality and the welcoming complimentary bottle of wine, breakfast supplies, the Nespresso machine, fantastic showers and outlook onto La Court Di Giulietta both during the busy daytime and quiet evenings made the stay very special. We highly recommend these apartments as a base when visiting Verona as everything is in easy walking distance and the quality of the accommodation could not be bettered.

Of all of the places we stayed during our month in Europe, this was everyone's favorite! The apartment was Perfect- clean, beautiful, great street views, close to everything, with all breakfast necessities and a lovely bottle of wine from Michela to greet us! We felt like her honored guests. She was the sweetest, most gracious hostess! Another favorite was coming in and out of Juliet's gated and locked courtyard in the evenings! It had us feeling like celebrities! This was truly a dream stay and I highly recommend it! Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer... P.S. The street noise at night got a bit loud but it was still totally worth the stay!

Semaine super à Verone, ville magnifique, arenes et opéras somptueux. Appartement romantique tres beau vaste et confortable, prestation haut de gamme (conforme au site internet, qualité exceptionnel de la literie). L'entree de l'immeuble est situé dans la cour du balcon de Giullietta ce qui est charmant. Les touristes ne sont ni genants ni bruyants. L'appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter Verone.
Merci à Michaela pour son accueil chaleureux: un rendez-vous précis nous a permis d'arriver sans problemes, elle nous a donné tous les renseignements touristiques. Le petit dejeuner était fourni par une sympathique femme de chambre présente tous les matins.

We stayed at the Lavinia apartment for a few days in early august and it had to be one of, if not the best apartment that we have ever stayed at in Italy. It was beautifully furnished and all the amenities were very high end. To make it even better, Michela was an excellent host who made the booking process extremely easy - from arranging car service to and from the apartment to providing us restaurant tips. She is such a warm and friendly person - she really made us feel welcomed!

We were most impressed with the Lavinia apartment, it's location is perfect and no problem if parking is required as Michela the 'most efficient and professional' concierge will organise. The apartment is luxuriously equipped with 2 fabulous bathrooms, luxury toilettries and plenty of fluffy oversized bath towels which were changed during the daily cleaning ! Kitchen has dishwasher but no washing machine/dryer which would have been useful for us as we were in the middle of a 3 week trip and on our way to join a cruise ! The bottle of amerone was a lovely gesture and most welcome. We are planning a return trip !

Il nostro viaggio a Verona è stato reso ancora più incredibile dalla scelta del tutto casuale (l'ho trovata per caso su internet) del luogo del nostro soggiorno. Credevo fosse il solito "specchio per allodole" per i turisti indicare il Cortile di Giulietta come sede di questa struttura. Invece al nostro arrivo serale, quando Michela ci ha aperto il cancello per entrare Da soli all'interno del Cortile illuminato, lasciando di sasso i turisti fuori, ci ha fatto sentire come i veri proprietari di uno dei più romantici ed esclusivi luoghi medioevali d'Italia. Il nostro stupore è ulteriormente incrementato quando siamo entrati nell'appartamento Lavinia: e' grande, arredato con mobili, quadri, tappeti antichi, luci di Murano soffitti affrescati. Due televisioni con Sky e wi.fi gratuito (finalmente, visto che tutti lo fanno pagare), e due bagni ottimamente attrezzati (phon, shampoo e saponi di qualità ). Una menzione particolare alle lenzuola di altissima qualità . Il costo è maggiore sicuramente rispetto le altre strutture che ho visto su internet, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena (il rapporto qualità -prezzo è sicuramente positivo se considerate di dormire Davanti al balcone di Giulietta!! ). Un grazie a Michela che ci ha dato tutte le coordinate per il nostro soggiorno a Verona, gentile e premurosa. Dimenticavo..., anche se siamo astemi, ci hanno offerto al nostro arrivo una bottiglia di amarone.

If you’re looking for a standard hotel room/rental, La Corte diGiulietta is probably not for you. The apartments are located in the courtyard that is one of the main tourist attractions in Verona. During the day you have to wade through the crowds just to get into or out of your room. Even outside visiting hours you become the object of great interest when you appear at the courtyard gate with a key. The courtyard is in the pedestrianised area of Verona so a taxi can only get you within a couple of blocks, and expect some fun if come by car. Some basic dry toast-like things are provided for breakfast – you’re better off popping out to the local supermarket or café. But the apartments are very stylishly equipped and you’re perfectly placed to walk out to lots of excellent bars and restaurants and the famous arena. And you’ll never get another chance to lie in bed looking across to Juliet’s balcony.

We stayed in Lavinia apartment facing the very center of Verona .The apartment looks directly to the court of Juliet house. The apartments is newly renovated, spacious, with antique furniture and carpets, ceilings painted with frescos, beautifully decorated and fully fit for a couple or a family of four. With full kitchen, espresso machine and everything u need for cooking. Maintenance is perfect with house cleaning every day. Michela who runs the place is very nice and helpful and can be reached any time via phone. The entrance to the place is literally via the famous Romeo and Juliet courtyard and u will even get a private key during the closure hours of the courtyard (After 19.30). Near u have many shops, restaurants, coffee shops and delicatessen.
At the first site we were afraid that although the location is fantastic there might be a lot of noise from the tourists visiting the place during the day, but we found that the apartment is perfectly isolated and we were not disturbed at all. More than that since it's also a museum the place is closed to the public at 0730 PM and then u can really appreciate the beauty and romantic of this place and the place become a private location just for the few guests who stay there. From your bed u can literally see the illuminated famous Juliet's veranda.
The location of the place is just near all the major attractions and no need for a car at all. We bought the Verona Card which give u free access to all the attractions and buses. For those who look for a perfect apartment for short and long stay in Verona this is the perfect place. Regarding the apartment's price which is somehow above average one should take in consideration its location and the fact that almost no transportation is needed to visit the old city.

I am such a romantic at heart and to be able to stand in the courtyard with the statue of Juliet, sipping a glass of wine with my husband and son- is pure heaven for me.
Our apartment was just divine, with the most stunning fixtures, not one, but two Nespresso machines and the view from our window looking down on the courtyard was an absolute dream come true.
