The location is very central. All main town services are at easy. The railway station is 5 minutes walk, the airport is located 15 km outside the city and all public transportations are available very close to our property. International Exibition Hall of Verona is 3 km ahead and reachable by public transport.
At easy walking distance you can visit the Arena with its Opera Season, well known all world around. Verona is perfect for both a cultural visit (it is the 4th italian town as monuments and art) and a romantic one, since its fame as the town of Romeo and Juliet. Even outside the town there are many attractions. Lake of Garda, Gardaland, Venice, the Dolomites itself are very close. The owner will be pleased to help you in organizing trip and tour above all these locations.

Very well placed appartment - a short walk from the bus and train station in one direction and from the town in the other. Close to a lovely little cafe. On the fourth floor - a disadvantage when the lift broke down! Very modern studio apartment designed with Italian flair, with everything necessary for a short stay. The bed is really comfortable and there is plenty of wardrobe space. Stephania had provided butter/tea/coffee/milk etc - even a bowl of fruit - so not necessary to shop immediately we arrived.
This apartment is on a fairly busy street, so there is some traffic noise, but it didn't keep us awake!Response from GrattacieloSuite - 04/23/2013

Apartment was excellent! Very compact and central to everything, 10 mins by foot to main train/bus station, a 5 min walk to the centre of Verona. Cafes, banks, supermarket all 2mins away. As the apartment is a gated residence we felt very safe. Riccardo and Stefania were extremely helpful, Ricardo collected us from the train station on our arrival, and in the days that followed they both stayed in touch by text, they were fantastic! Apartment had been stocked with enough provisions to get us started, cereal, milk, bread, water, tea/coffee, beverages. They left us a welcome of wine and Panettone( how nice). Our only down side would be the traffic noise at night, but to be honest you would expect that in any major city (its just that I am a ligh sleeper). Would definatley reccomend this appartment. Praise for Riccardo and Stefania!!

About the noise, it is the first notification about it.
Usually, by closing the shutters, that are noise-isolating, no noise should be inside. Sorry for not advicing you to close them.
However you must consider you are in the very center of the city.

Our stay in the Grattacielo Suite exceeded our expectations. Stephania and Riccardo go out of their way to make sure their guests are comfortable.
During our stay, Riccardo took the time to notify us that there would be a marathon race in Verona. He wanted to be sure if would not have a negative impact on our plans for that day.
Stephania has taken care of even the smallest details for those taking up temporary residence in the suite. Nespresso coffee, breads plus a supply of tasty treats and beverages awaited our arrival.
We loved the contemporary style of decor and the terrific bathroom.
Grattacielo Suite is conveniently close to the historical center as well as having easy access to a car park for our rental car.
Verona can be a little noisy but the excellent windows kept traffic noise from being a bother.

Thanks to Stefania.She greeted us with such a warm hello.We had a great time and I think the accommodation was great.We had four people, it was snug but for one night it was ok. We were provided with more than enough for breakfast and even afternoon tea. The accommodation was newly furnished and was kept very clean. One thing that they could fix was possibly the air conditioning, it said 18 degrees, however clearly was not 18 as we were still all sweating away in the apartment. All in all, its a lovely apartment situated close to the station (walking distance) and was central to shops and to the main attractions. Thankyou, for your great hospitality. We had a great time and you gave us a great impression of Verona!

Our stay in Verona was perfectly complimented by the apartment, which allowed us to divide our time between the city and the surrounding country. Within ten minutes of Porta Nuova train station, the apartment allows you to catch early trains out of the city without having to get up at the crack of dawn to do so and is roughly the same distance from Piazza Bra and the arena in the centre of town.
The facilities are good and when we arrived the flat was spotless - everything is very modern and the size is perfect for a quiet romantic retreat for two. One thing that perhaps would have helped is an oven or a microwave - as we couldn't afford to eat out each night we cooked a few times, and although the electric hob allowed us to do this we were slightly limited. However, as this is a holiday apartment and is only small, it should not be too much of a concern for travellers as overall the facilities allowed us full enjoyment of the holiday and allowed us to stay very comfortably.
We felt that the apartment represented excellent value for money and would happily stay again were we to visit the city once more. Grattacielo Suite is the perfect hideaway for couples wanting to explore the city of Verona and further afield.Response from GrattacieloSuite - 09/27/2012

The description of this excellent appartment in Verona was very accurate and my wife and I were delighted with everything it had to offer both in terms of the location and in terms of the facilities.
The appartment was spotlessly clean and very well maintained and it was located close to the main train station and within ten minutes walking distance of the city centre.
The owners, Riccardo and Stefania were very helpful indeed and were determined to make our stay in Verona as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.Nothing was too much trouble for them and their customer service can only be described as excellent.
The property was ideal for us as we planned to divide our time between the city beautiful city of Verona and the surrounding countryside.

We stayed at Stefania & Riccardo's wonderfully appointed apartment for a long weekend and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Our plane was delayed and then diverted to Venice, which meant that we arrived at nearly 1am. Riccardo was there to greet us and had been extremely helpful over the phone to make sure that we were able to get transport at that late hour, even offering to drive to Venice airport if we were truly stuck! He gave us every piece of info we could wish for during our stay. The flat itself is in pristine condition and fitted out to very high specifications. They really have thought of everything. For GBP 100 per night for central Verona accommodation in high season you will either get a run-of-the-mill three/four-star hotel if you are very lucky, or you get a five-star, unique apartment with bags of character and the privilege of being looked after by this amazing, enthusiastic, kind Veronese couple...Simples. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

My wife, 4 year old daughter and I stayed at the
Grattacielo for 1 night (June 30). It is a modern,
beautifully appointed suite with all the necessary
amenities (a/c, kitchenette, kitchen wares, shower,
and comfortable beds). It is a 5 minute walk into
Verona's city centre (and all the beautiful sites),
minutes from the train station, and walking distance
to a secure parking lot if you have a car (it costs 5€
to park for a whole day). Riccardo and Stefania were
both lovely and very helpful. They will give excellent
advice to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Verona itself is a beautiful city, very rich in history, with
a lot to see. We hope to visit again in the future.

We booked this apt. for a four day vacation to Verona and were extremely happy. When we arrived in Venice we called the apt. owner and were met by Stafania within 5 minutes. She showed us the parking area and helped us up to the apt. She was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us some great suggestions for local restaurants.
The apt. itself is very clean and modern and has all of the amenities necessary. The bed was comfortable, our daughter loved the pull out bed, and the air conditioner worked wonderfully. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable (other than the faucet which, in my opinion, is too high on the wall and causes the water to splash outside of the sink-a small detail, but one that was frustrating to me!)
Getting to the heart of Verona took us 5 or 10 minutes to walk. There were a few restaurants on the way but we mostly ate near the arena (again, Stefania's recommendations were wonderful). The apartment is only a 2 or 3 minute walk to the train station, which was very convenient on the day we travelled into Venice. There were trains that were about 1 1/2 to 2 hours each way. Although the trains weren't particularly comfortable (mostly because of the heat) they got us to Venice and back without any problems.
One nice touch-Stefania leaves the refrigerator stocked with breakfast items and beverages for your stay. My daughter felt very special getting to have drinks and snacks from the fridge (I think she is used to not touching things from the minibars in hotels!). There was even a small bottle of Bardolino wine. Stefania was wonderfully accomodating and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.Response from GrattacieloSuite - 06/28/2012

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans cet appartement, très confortable, très propre, avec toutes les utilités pour passer un séjour apprécié. Cet appartement résidentiel avec un voisinage d'experts comptables, au pied d'une boulangerie, à 100 mètres d'une agence de location de voitures, à 200 mètres d'un parking, 300 mètres du train (très pratique pour Padoue-Venise-Vicenze), et à 10 minutes du centre historique. Il faut aller au Lac de Garde tout proche. Des propriétaires en or, qui nous ont conduit à l'aéroport, acceuilli, avec le Prosecco... Stéfania et Riccardo ont tout fait pour nous rendre un séjour très agréable ... Acceuil très chaleureux et très rare... Merci pour leur gentillesse...

We stayed in Verona for 2 nights, and to rent apartment was 100 times better than hotel. Especialy apartment like this.
Apartment is situated in very good location. It takes only 5 minutes to the romane amphitheater, caffe's, bar's, stores and so on. It's very easy to reach all important objects in Oldtown, you don't need take bus or car, everything you can go round by feets.
The interior was super! We very liked that black/white colors in all apartment. It's really modern flat,these colors makes him bright and biger, and so enought place for everything. There is kitchen with all stuffs - caffe maker, fridge, kitchener, all pots and plates, so you can cook food if you want. In apartment is TV, air conditioner, the white sofa were you can sit and watch TV. And big wardrobe with mirrors for clothes and your stuffs. The bath is also colored the same colors like all flat.
We got the breacfast like in a hotel. In the fridge were yogurts, jams, butter, cakes, fruits for that period we were. Also coffe, tea, cookies, milk, mineral water, bear and even coca cola was included in the same price. And under that building where is bakery, so you can bay fresh cakes every morning.
And last most important thing - the owners. They didn't took deposit from us, and they are so kind and helpful people! Stefania even tooked us to the airport with her car, and she was smiling all the time.
