Description from the owner
The 16th century Camozzini Building is immersed in an ancient and peaceful area of old-town Verona known as 'Cadrega'.
Surrounded by other prestigious buildings it is situated in the vicinity of the beautiful, historic church of S.Eufemia, 5 minutes from the Arena, Piazza Erbe and Juliet's balcony.
This elegant residence belonging to several generations of noble families was built on the foundations of buildings dating back to Roman times (original stones are still visible in the cellars). The typical Venetian features have been carefully preserved ,despite small changes being made due to changing tastes over time.

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this pretty apartment. Carlo, the owner, is very hospitable and he made everything from the booking, payment, arrival, and departure quite easy. The apartment is well located in the historical center of Verona, is light and airy, and very clean. We hope to return soon!
Note: Be aware that at certain times you are not allowed to drive in the vicinity of the apartment. -

The apartment had everything we needed. It was very spacious, we actually had 6 people so we rented apt 1&2. The apartment was off a side street very quiet and within walking distance to everything. Carlo the owner was very gracious and helped us navigate where we were going. He has a very thorough folder of information and maps in the apartment for your use. I would definitely stay again with my family. Verona is so quaint and lovely. We traveled to Venice by train for 1 day which was very easy to do. Carlos was available for any problems, but we had none. It was between the holidays and the apartment was very warm and the heat was under our control. The beds were not the most comfortable, but they were adequate. My children slept well on the daybed and couch pullout bed. We often ate breakfast in the apartment, and there were utensils, pots and pans, a fridge and really everything we needed. A small espresso pot and coffee and small things like sugar and salt that made it homey. The towels provided for the bath were wonderful and there was a heated towel bar which was great for winter, but would also be useful in summer to dry the towel out faster. Overall, would highly recommend this apartment and I actually hope to stay there again if I return to Verona. Lastly, incredibly reasonable price and the building is exquisite with vaulted ceilings in apartment #1. Carlo also will take you on a tour of the Palazzo portion which is definitely a must see for the frescoes and murano chandeliers and reliefs in the niches. It is now used to stage mini operas and give music lessons and what a wonderful setting for that! The entire building has been in the family of the owner Carlo for sometime and that shows in the care of the buildings. He is really a warm, generous, easygoing person and he will go out of his way to make it all go smoothly.

This is a delightful apartment set within a beautiful Palazzo and in an excellent location to explore Verona. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with good facilities for cooking should you so wish. The bedroom is large, with comfortable King Size bed, and one feels really transported here to the heart of what the city is all about - culture, opera, music, art and of course good food and wine - all within remarkable access to the apartment. We shall definitely return!

The apartment is very carefully kept, in a beautiful big old family Palazzo, which is still owned by one family. The flat is comfortable and was spacious enough for us (me and two teenagers in one room) and my Mum in the sitting room. The kitchen is fine for a few days. It was incredibly hot when we were there and the air conditioning kept the temperature down. Very pleasant stay. I thought it was very good value for spacious and comfortable apartment in historic building.

We spent a wonderful week in Verona and this apartment proved to be the perfect base from which to enjoy the city and surrounding environs. It met and exceeded our expectations in every way, was conveniently located close to everything we wanted to see in beautiful Verona, had a nearby grocery as well as fabulous restaurants and was a short walk to bus and to the train station. We side-tripped from Verona to Venice, Padua and Bolzano, all easy daytrips. Carlo was a magnificant host - a highlight of our stay was his tour of the rest of the palace. Highly recommended and a good value.

My wife, daughter and I stayed in this apartment for a total of three nights. The location is excellent - very close to the arena and the Palazzo dell'Erbe. The owner is friendly and was extremely helpful in assisting me to locate a bag that I had left in a Verona taxi. The apartment was clean and well appointed with a good selection of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. There are several restaurants of varying quality and price within walking distance. Carlos is an excellent host and I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to family and friends.

We just had a lovely weekend at this little flat in central Verona. It is in a gorgeous old building that is perfectly located in the historic old town of Verona - walking distance to everything! The owner lives in the building and was very helpful to us during our stay. He booked us a taxi (and was on the street making sure the taxi waited for us!) and recommended restaurants in the area. The flat has historic charm although the bathroom and kitchen are quite dated. It is small but as there were just three of us, it was perfect.
