The place is 5 minutes away from famous arena, a couple steps from one of the central streets but in very quiet place. We were met with a welcome gifts - a delicious pie and a bottle of perfect Italian wine, that was unexpected and very pleasant. We were given with the keys and no one disturbed us within the whole period of stay that was exactly what we wanted. So we got a private place for ourselves in the beautiful city for several days. There was an air-conditioning and it was really great because in July there was extreme hot in Italy. An electric stove, fridge and full assortment of kitchen utensils allowed to prepare anything to eat if we would like to. We also met with the owner, Luisa, who was very kind and pleasant person. So we felt very comfortable and satisfied with everything. Apartment has everything for two or even four people. It is very romantic place but for old persons there may be problems to get upstairs as there is no elevator.
Everything was so delightful so we really enjoyed staying at this place. Looking forward to come back and revisit Verona one more time!Response from Luisa Rolandi - 12/10/2012

We were in Verona for a business trip with two collagues and we had a very enjoyable stay in Palazzo Negri.
To be honest, I needed to book an appertment urgently and I was not expecting too much after seeing the pictures. We were even making fun between us that we have booked a palace(!)(related with a Turkish expression ;) in Italy. :) But when I arrived at the house, I was shocked! It was a real palace from 14th century and the location of the building is the heart of the center of Verona.
The furnitures are very stylish and also functional at the same time. The kitchen and the bathroom is just perfect. The hosts are very sincere and friendly; you can really feel that they do take care of you and your confort in Verona.
Due to my job,I travel a lot and have countless experinces with hotel rooms and residences. This was one of the most enjoyable stays I have experienced.

The appartments in Palazzo Negri are much more beautiful in person than on website. They are bright, clean and well laid out. The location in the old city is perfect. Minutes away from Piazza Bra and Piazza delle Erbe. The owner, Ms. Luisa Rolandi is charming and very well travelled. I would highly recommend these appartments. I am hoping to stay much longer during my next visit.

Our delightful stay in a modern, chic apartment at Palazzo Negri was ably complemented by the kind attention of our hosts. The apartment is well kitted out, very clean, quiet and comfortable and Luisa had even supplied a kettle for our English tea making! Nothing seems to be too much trouble.
The location is brilliant, just at the beginning of the pedestrianised area, you step out into one of the most lovely of Italian cities. There is a good restaurant a short walk away in a converted church. We are sure to return.

A nice and clean appartement in the centre (Centro Storico) of the ancient city of Verona. The appartment is located near the most important highlights of the city : the Piazza Bra with the arena, Piazza Erbe and the Porta Borsari. There are a lot of cosy and pleasant bars and beautiful shops. The owner of the appartment is very friendly and hospitable.

We stayed in the Libeccio apartment and it turned out to be easily the best apartment we have stayed in. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed and they told us about all the best places in Verona and getting around.
The apartment itself is beautifully refurbished to a high standard. It has a small balcony (no view though), well stocked kitchen, large bathroom and high ceilings, wifi etc.
The location is perfect - a five minute bus ride from the train station, although you could easily walk. It is right in the centre of Verona so you can get to all the major sites, cafes and restaurants in a matter of minutes by foot.

Palazzo Negri consists of 4 escellent, modern and comfortably equipped apartments organized on the 2nd floor of the medieval Palazzo, just beside Porta Borsari, 5 minuts walk to Piazza Bra, Arena, and to Piazza dell'Erbe. The complex provides an excellent opportunity for people willing to spend great and independent time in Verona for a reasonable price. The special thanks should go to the owners, who are not only very nice and discreet, but also very helpful. We hope to come back and certainly recommend this property.

We are a family of 4, with kids ages 10 and 12 years old. Verona was a 4-day stop, after spending time in Tuscany and Rome. The apartment was perfectly located on the main street of Verona, just inside the old arches of the walled city. Rolando was there to greet us upon our arrival. Kindly, he carried our luggage into the apartment for us. We fell in love with the apartment after stepping foot inside. The kids were very excited to each have their own bed and quickly got their things in order. Lots of storage and cupboard space. Waiting for us was a beautiful sweet bread, bought for us by Rolando and Luisa. A very welcoming and gracious touch. Rolando studied the local map with us and pointed out all sights and restaurants of importance and interest. The apartment is very clean, cool (great air conditioning) and modern. Cute kitchen and even a washing machine, which came in very handy. Bathroom also clean and in perfect order. Luisa is a truly special person. We met for coffee and she even invited us to spend more time together, should we be available. The apartment served to be a perfect retreat after our daily adventures. We would absolutely recommend the Palazzo Negri, whole-heartedly. A fantastic experience!!

The air conditioned, secure apartment for two was very spacious and artistically decorated. It included a convenient and well-equipped kitchen and a roomy bathroom. The location was excellent for walking the city, being only a few minutes from Piazza Bra and the arena, and a fifteen minute walk to the train station. The owner couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. A highly recommended base from which to explore Verona city.

Our stay at Palazzo Negri was wonderful. The apartment was brand new with all modern amenities. The location could not have been more perfect; right in the center of the old part of town. Luisa, the owner, took us out for coffee one morning and could not have been more friendly and cordial. We would highly recommend it!

This flat is like home. It is located in the center of everything in Verona. It is clean and has all the conveniences you could want including wifi and air conditioning. The price is fantastic and the owners are so accommodating. They make you feel at home the entire stay. Their care and attention to you as a guest is unbelievable. The accommodations are modern and beautiful. Everything worked perfectly and we received cake and wine as a welcome. I would give this a 10 out of 10. We will be staying here every year. Even the train station is near by so you can take day trips to other parts of Italy with ease. If you want to experience the culture and yet have convenience and perfect accommodations stay at palazzo negri.

Lavanta is the perfect apartment for a couple that want the best of Verona. First,the apartment is very clean,the beds were comfortable, wifi worked great, and at night, it was quite peaceful . Oh, and the air conditioning was excellent,a rare find in Italy. There is a good pizza restaurant 10 meters from the apartment, and within several blocks ,much good food. Grocery store,shopping, and most of Verona's history at your door. We were there 10 days,and did not take a taxi. The public bus runs by less than a block away.i will definitely return to Levante.

Our air-conditioned studio apartments were will equipped and very comfortable. "State of the art" technology made our stay comfortable and secure. Great location provided us the grand opportunity to use taxi service and other ground transportation.. (3 minutes to Piazza Bra, 15 minutes walk to train station). We highly recommend this stay. We liked being "city" people for this week.

Immaculate and very comfortable studio apartment. We were a bit worried about staying in a studio with our two children (10 and 8,) but were pleasantly surprised to find it to not only be very comfortable, but also a fantastic location. Owner organised for us to be picked up at train station which was fantastic and a lovely welcome to ancient Verona. Access to washing machine would have helped.

I really enjoyed the excellent apartment in the heart of town, in the pedestrian main Roman road heading to the antique Forum, nowadays best shopping area. The location is perfect to visit the center of the beautiful town and yet easy to reach from the airport, the highways or Garda Lake. The apartment is bran new, very comfortable, quiet and clean. A gorgeous bottle of Valpolicella wine was in the kitchen to welcome me and Luisa was charming and very helpful. Five stars from me.
