The Apartment has three levels... main floor, and top floor which has the bedrooms and bathroom...Nicely furnished....Front porch....community pool & playground with running track....Or hills for sleigh riding with the kids so much fun!!......If you just want to check out the colleges than...Binghamton University is 11 mins drive, Broome Community College is 18 mins, BOCES is 13 mins...Or if you are here on a Business trip and quiet time is what you want this is it.

Local - walking distance to Biglots, Aldi, CVS, other shopping, parks, and pool,

SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE....WINTER, SPRING, SUMMER & FALL....EXPERIENCE IT. The Space - This home has maintained some of its original features such as the wood work throughout, its arched way entrance into the dinning room, stand up radiator heaters, standard size 5' x5' bathroom with tub &shower. The kitchen is spacious with a gas range, microwave and full size refrigerator. Within the kitchen is a 1/2 bathroom with sink and toilet only. Upstairs lends itself to a 2nd standard size bathroom & three bedrooms ranging from large, medium & small. There are portable air conditioners for each bedroom during the summer months. The upstairs hall has a closet where linen, towels and beddings are kept.

We diligently try not to disturb guest(s) however, there maybe times when we will be seen at the property tending to maintenance needs, such as lawnmowing, watering outdoor plants, bringing garbage and recycle bins to front for pick-up, or other property up keep Tasks. During winter season guest(s) are not expected to shovel the snow on the property all we ask is that you kindly park on the street so that we can plow. When guests arrive for the first time it is important that we meet and identify ourselves. All guests will be asked to present a government photo ID unless otherwise noted. After our first meet & greet guests are free to come and go as they please. I will be available when needed via phone or text.
