This 5-star luxury waterfront villa for 8 people with Jacuzzi, private beach and pontoon is located on the sunniest side of Lake Annecy.
The 4 bedrooms all enjoy untrammelled views of the lake. The house is arranged over 2 single-level storeys and has a selection of furniture by top designers to transport you into a magical world.
A relaxation area with a 5-seater Jacuzzi and exceptional views provide a great place to relax and recuperate with your family and friends.
There is also a private beach and pontoon, and if you own a boat or would like to rent one, you can use our mooring ring.

Reservation deposit: 30% of the rent.
Non refundable deposit if the reservation is cancelled.
Full payment (70%) one month before the arrival day.
Bond deposit: 5000 Euros on the arrival day which will be refundable one week after departure if there are no problems.
Minimum rental stay: 2 nights between September to June and 1 week between July and August.
