Description

Two apartments for the price of one just a 10 minutes walk from the sea in the heart of the old town.

The apartments are located on the first and second floor of a typical "Viareggina" in the heart of the old Viareggio with common access and staircase for exclusive use, and are are ideal for those who want to have all the amenities within walking distance without the need to use the car or public transport.

The unit on the 1st floor consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a spacious and bright living room with kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven), dining corner, two sofas and TV, for a total of 60 sq. mt. (646 sq. Ft.). Bath-room, shower, bidet, WC. Gas heating.

The unit on the second floor is ideal for young people who wish to spend the holidays with the family maintaining a certain degree of independence. It consists of a loft of about 25 sq. mt. (270 sq. Ft.) and a large corner terrace of 30 sq. mt. (320 sq. Ft.). The attic is composed of a nice living room with two sofa bed, a separate kitchenette and a bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. On the terrace availability of umbrella, outdoor table and chairs, loungers and barbeque.

Bed linens and towel set (shower, hands, face) for each guests included.

Electricity, gas and water consumption included.

The sea is just a 10-minute walk through the old city, passing by the traditional and quaint market square. Possibility of paid parking under the house and free 5-minute walk away.

Guests will have access to both the apartments. All the areas will be available included the large terrace.

Guests are welcomed directly at check-in and greeted at the time of the release of the keys.

The owner lives at few minutes of car from the apartment and will be available during the stay.

The summer theater in Torre del Lago Puccini, where the most famous works of Giacomo Puccini are represented in July, August and September, is located about 5 km away.

In february one of the most famous Carnival parade of the world takes place along the promenade on the seaside.
