The favorable climate, the centrality of the most important cultural and tourist sites in Campania, the special spa facilities, bathing, land overflowing with history and art (dating from the seventh century B.C. till today) and striking landscapes, ranging from sea level up to 1.400 meters of Monte Faito, are the singularities of this ancient place.
Vico Equense is a succession of beaches with transparent sea, all equipped with modern bathing facilities. Coming from Castellamare di Stabia till the Scrajo, a place rich in sulfur springs from the therapeutic qualities, which bind to the crowded beaches with beautiful coast segments which extend towards Marina di Vico. After a stretch of open sea, under the overhanging Gothic Cathedral, began Marina di Aequa with its tourist and bathing facilities, which concludes with the beach known as the "Calcare".
