Casa Toni is a welcoming apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps five people. From Casa Toni you will enjoy a broad view of the sea and of the tourist port. Casa Toni is 140 square meters (1500 square feet). It features a wide private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline.

You will be in the center of Vico Equense, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest beach at 1.3 km (roughly 0.8 miles).

Casa Toni is located on the fourth floor of a four story building. You will reach it from the entrance of the building by way of an elevator.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Toni. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller). Terrace

The terrace is 140 square meters (1500 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two sun umbrellas and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a view of the sea and of the tourist port and of the other buildings.

Living Room

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. There is a small fireplace made of bricks, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace and a balcony through three French doors. The room also has a window.

Kitchen

You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen has a window.

Bedroom 1

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace and a balcony through two French doors.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through two French doors. The room also has a window.

Bedroom 3

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has two windows with a view of the surrounding houses.

Bathroom 1

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.

Bathroom 2

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
