The Bear Creek cabin is located just west of the town of Victor, only a few miles north of Hamilton and 45 miles south of Missoula. The location is ideal for the guest that wants to do it all while in Montana. World class fishing is just minutes away on the famed Bitterroot River, and some of the best hiking in western Montana is just up the road.

The cabin was always clean and well-supplied. Utilities were fine. The home is great for two couples, even with one/two children. The kitchen was well-supplied with all of the basics, even a bit more than basics. Surroundings were beautiful, very private and quiet, and full of wildlife. Owner and wife were very cordial, delightful people located next door. Caretakers were pleasant and very responsive to any needs/questions.
Best: located near multiple trails. Least: monthly fee felt to be a bit over-the-top for a single person living there, except for one visiting man & wife, there only for 6 days during that near off-season month I was there. -

Spent very little time at the cabin. Was fishing all day and just came back to sleep at night. Hot tub was great and the cable TV was a nice addition.

We absolutely loved our stay. The teens loved the separate upstairs bedroom.
The windows and doors are so unique in this cabin. The wood interior, comfortable furnishings and visiting wild turkeys made it a vacation we will never forget.
We will be back! -

I have been renting Bear Creek for a number of years and really enjoy the property! Seclusion yet close to town and shopping.Wildlife is every where turkeys,deer,no bears! Highly recommend!
