My new husband and I traveled to Victoria for 5 days for our honeymoon. We were hoping for a quiet, relaxing honeymoon after the stress and chaos leading up to the wedding. When my husband found this condo on Tripadvisor, I was excited to stay somewhere so nice, with so many amenities, for such a reasonable price. Lucy and Kempton were great to work with through the reservation process, and recommended nearby places to visit when we arrived.
The condo exceeded our expectations. We loved having a kitchen, as it meant we didn't have to eat every meal out. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the condo, and if we felt like going sightseeing everything was close enough to walk. Neither of us had ever rented from a private owner before, but this experience was easier and more friendly than some hotels I've stayed in. If we ever return to Victoria (and we'd like to), we know where to stay.
If you go, I highly recommend visiting the Smiths Pub just down the block on Courtney street. We're from america but it felt like a truly British pub. Other places we walked to include the Bay Centre, Red Fish Blue Fish (which Kempton recommended, and I'm so glad he did), the waterfront, and of course the Fairmont Empress. This is a wonderful condo unit to base from when exploring all Victoria has to offer. It's centrally located and has all you need to set up a home away from home. The owners are very responsive and helpful - nice to have the inside track. For instance, we would never have found the Market on Yates, and it was a perfect little gourmet grocery. Although right on a main street, it was quiet enough for us. We did not use the parking until the last day when we picked up our rental car - but that is a definite bonus, underground and easy access.
The kitchen is high-end gourmet with all the utensils and fine dining table ware - for foodies a nice bonus. Highly recommended! -

I have been coming to Victoria for over twenty years and I am happily relieved to say I found a lovely place to call home.
Lucy and Kempton have created a cozy, well stocked suite. Security is important to me and this condo is secure. Having an outside access that was on the fifth floor made for a spectacular view of the grounds. The balcony was a nice touch. My girlfriend and I loved the bed as it didn't create a sore back like most beds do. If you don't like foam pillows, I suggest bringing your own pillow. I missed my feathers! I used the washer and dryer, even if it was to spruce up our clothes abit. Wifi is available but you must bring your own laptop. Also, if you have loved ones you want to call when you are running around in luxury, there is a phone with free calling in Canada! Not sure about North america, but it was great to phone home. All the amenities are newer and in good working order. It's a great price for such a great suite and the Location rocked!!! Everyone I met around the building were very nice too.

If you are looking for a place to stay during your vacation in Victoria, don't look any further! It starts with two wonderful people. Lucy and Kempton are the best hosts ever. They answered all our question prior to our trip and treated us like royalty once we arrived. The condo is your home away from home. Except food, there is nothing you will lack for in this beautiful condo. Perfectly located, you will be one block from the Empress Hotel, one block from the Inner Harbour, and one block from all the shopping. Take our word, you will not regret staying here!!

My wife and I celebrated our first anniversary in our favourite city, Victoria. We were warmly greeted by our hosts, Lucy and Kempton who presented us with a bottle of wine to help celebrate the occasion. The condo is tastefully decorated and has all the modern conveniences one could ever need and is walking distance to all the major attractions in downtown Victoria so you don't really need a car though parking is complementary. It is ideally suited for anyone who loves cooking and entertaining. We truly enjoyed our visit and felt we were home away from home. Thanks Lucy and Kempton.

Victoria is a lovely town and our stay there was made all the more enjoyable by our accommodating hosts at the Falls. We were within walking distance of most downtown sites and were able to use Victoria's great transit system to see those places further away. Our apartment had all the modern conveniences, was right along the main thorofare and provided us with a comfortable base from which to discover the city. Lucy and Kempton personally made sure that we were as comfortable as possible with tips on places to visit, restaurants to eat at and how best to navigate our departure to Vancouver.

We had a great time staying here for 3 nights.All of the furnishings were brand new and the beds were very very comfortable.There is everything you could need within a short walk, restaurants, shopping.. Would definately recommend these condo to anyone staying in Victoria.

This was a beautiful condo, very spacious, great location. Walk to many attractions and all the shops. The bus stop is less than a block away. It was very easy to do the city transit bus to Buchart Garden and then to Craigdarroch Castle. Fantastic market 4 blocks and if you do not want to walk they do deliver. Lucy and Kempton was so friendly, helpful, and hospitable. My stay could not of been any better. Thank you so very much Lucy and Kempton.

Stayed here for 5 nights - totally modern apartment, especially the kitchen as well as large, beautiful bath with Soaker tub! - wonderful location - parking is included on site - very secure building - excellent attention by owners - recommend Barb's @ the wharf & Milestone's in the harbor for at least 1 meal, both were good values & food - skip Chinatown - only negative was too much light in the bedroom in the am - we would have benefited from a dark curtain to sleep in!

We thought the Falls was a great place due to its location, amenities, and comfortable homey feel. Lucy and Kempton were very helpful with some information before our trip that really made it a memorable trip. The bed was very comfortable and the place was in walking distance to so many things in the Inner Harbor.

We stayed at the apartment for one week. For us, it was the perfect place as the apartment itself was very clean and perfectly equipped as well as located in the middle of downtown Victoria. We could reach everything we wanted to see ( Parliament Building, Museum etc.) easily by foot. Apart from the location, the building (The Falls) in which the apartment is located is another plus factor. First, you can feel totally secure in it. Second, you can use the amenities of the building such as the fitness room, the pool and the hot tub.
Furthermore, the owners Lucy and Kempton were very friendly to us. After our check-in, they even drove us to the supermarket. They also considered our request not to check out until afternoon and made this possible.
