We stayed in this stunning 2bed/2bath condo for five months and have nothing but wonderful things to say about it.
Nancy Martin the property manager went over and beyond to accommodate any request we had (which were few because everything you could ever want or need, is in this condo). I cannot say enough wonderful things about the location; 20 minute walk to the ocean/Beacon Hill Park; five minute walk to the harbour. There are so many places to eat out, some of which were featured on "You Gotta Eat Here". You want for nothing in this condo with all the conveniences of home, with everything a vibrant downtown has to offer.
We look forward to returning to one of the most beautiful cities I've ever seen. Enjoy!!! we sure did -

This condo was the perfect location to explore/experience Victoria and very easy to access other Island activities from. It is very well laid out for a small family or group of people, comfortable, wonderfully decorated, and fully equipped.
It was easy to access through the manager who was also available as needed and everything was at hand to maintain the space while there.
The only drawbacks were the impact of street lighting in the master bedroom and the noise from the street when the gathering places are closing down for the night. -

Couldn't have been a better location. We were able to walk everywhere in the area. Great downtown experience. Nancy Martin was great to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about the condo and the area. She answered all our questions and gave great recommendations. She was also very attentive to anything we needed.

Very centrally located, spacious layout and exceptionally clean condo in downtown Victoria. Kid friendly!
Walking distance to great restaurants & attractions - no car needed.

Everything in the condo was very comfortable. It had
everything we needed.
The location is great and it is easy to use
public transport to travel anywhere.
We will definitely stay here

We stayed at the Monaco Lofts from Oct-Jan 2010. Our experience was memorable and we truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location was amazing, a close walk to everything. The spacious 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom loft offered us plenty of room, and was great for visitors as well. The interior was exceptional with modern finishings and decor, new appliances and loaded up with everything we needed. We hope to stay there again in the future!
We highly recommend this condo as well as any services needed from Nancy Martin.
