This is a great vacation getaway for those looking to be in the center of everything that Victoria has to offer. A beautifully, decorated modern loft with clean lines, fabulous art work with a relaxed and comfortable open feeling. You can see the Owner has paid attention to details in the space to ensure all your needs are met during your stay. It is close to all restaurants, night life, tourist sites and steps to the Victoria harbour. Enjoy walking, biking or sitting on the rooftop enjoying the beautiful sunset over the water. Treat yourself and enjoy this gem in the heart of the city.

location, location, location!
this is a designer loft, exquisitely and thoughtfully appointed. excitingly new, crisp and comfortable with all amenities. high ceilings with huge windows provide a wonderful space and light. the bed is so very comfortable. you won't want to leave it! the rooftop deck has views over the harbor and city. and it is in a lovely neighborhood on the top floor.
did i mention location? Omg! boutique shops nestled amongst bookstores and name brand outfitters and 3 of the top 5 restaurants in Victoria are just around the corner, down the street. every activity from kayaking to tennis, biking to Suping is within walking distance. you don't need a car!
all the tourist high spots are within sight.
the property manager is available night and day, but you won't need her as the owners have made this apartment flaw free.
don't miss this precious gem. we will return again and again.
i truly can't think of a single omission, problem or inconvenience. it was great! -

we recently stayed at the leiser victoria loft apartment,it was a superbly appointed loft with everything you need for a
comfortable self catering vacation ! the location is amazing with shops bars and restaurants right on the doorstep ! everything in the apartmeny is of a great standard and has a real air of quality ! we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting victoria ! it really enhanced our honeymoon having a place so great to stay !Response from Molokai - 09/23/2010

This loft apartment in Victoria is located in an historical building in an area filled with great shops, restaurants, access to kayaking and within walking distance of many of Victoria's interesting and beautiful sites. The location also serves as a great stepping off point to exploring many beautiful areas within an hours drive of Victoria. Returning from an active day to this small but well appointed loft and making a visit to the rooftop to view the inner harbor at night is beautiful. The loft is in an active area and brings some nighttime noise, so having a fan to provide some "white noise" - if you're a light sleeper - would be helpful.

Our stay in Victoria was so wonderful. The condo on Yates was in such a prime location for restaurants, shopping and walking to the Inner Harbor area. We found it very convenient for everything! The condo itself was beyond comfortable... with every modern convenience. It was especially important being on the third floor to be a bit away from the street noise on Yates... all in all, a perfect stay in a beautiful place in the world!
