Welcome to Awarehouse Loft - which extends across the entire building right above the clothing store in the picture. Located on the second floor, accessed by elevator or stairs, it has floor to ceiling windows 14 feet high which create a lovely ambiance and an interesting view of the ever changing street activities below. Converted from a historic warehouse it boasts old red brick side walls with historic wood and sash windows. We used to live in Victoria, so we knew the loft was well situated. What we didn't know was who we were dealing with and how nice the condo would be. On both account the loft was perfect! Doug was very very helpful and accomodating, and the loft was very well equipped, with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen,nicely furnished with even a washer/dryer, and it was spotless. The only thing we lacked was parking, but with a reasonably priced parkade right across the street, it was no hassle at all. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay!

This was a great loft. The photos don't do it justice - it is much bigger and roomier than it looks in the pictures. Kitchen is really well equipped with everything you could need. Only downside is that it is right across the road from a bar which can be a little noisy, but apart from that it was great.

As someone who lives in furnished apartments and hotels all year in different locations, I can say with confidence that the awarehouse experience is one of the best!
Check in is easy and the apartment is perfect for two people to have a very comfortable stay. The best part is that they clearly take the guest experience to heart. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked in case you decide to make dinner for friends. Small details like sleeping masks and earplugs are just a few things to make everything easy and enjoyable.
The only drawback to this apartment is also one of the best things about it, the location. Guests must realize that they are in the absolute heart of downtown and everything that comes with it, including some noisy evenings! Please do not let that discourage you... it is worth a little noise.
I cannot recommend this apartment enough. Thank you for another great experience! -

Well kept, upscale, natural light filled loft in the middle of town. Nice amenities like roof top deck, modern appliances, well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to great restaurants, Chinatown, upscale grocery market, shopping. A bit noisy late at night with a sports bar across the street.

I stayed at awarehouse Loft for two months (Sept./October). The location was wonderful, as you are just one block away from the water, near all major amenities, great shopping and nightlife.
The apartment is very comfortably outfitted (contemporary and extremely clean) and the kitchen is very well appointed. If you like to cook, it has everything you could possible need. If cooking isn't your thing, then there are a wealth of restaurant choices close at hand.
The propieters, Doug & Jacqui, are extremely helpful, professional and reliable. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
It was a great place for an extended stay and we enjoyed living in the heart of the city. -

This is a great place to stay. Fabulous apartment with all the amenities. Loved the combination of old brick, high ceilings and chic modern furnishings. Secure building and within a few minutes walk of everything downtown Victoria has to offer. Will definitely book again.

We stayed here for over a week and loved it. It is really convenient to downtown and the harbour. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs located nearby. You can walk most places from here and if you have a car there is a multi-storey car park accross the road. The apartment is really comfortable and well apointed. Due to it's location there is a bit of street noise as you would expect being in the city. If you are a foodie and want to cook up a storm the kitchen is better equiped than mine at home, and there are great markets nearby. Doug is very helpful and has thought of everything you could want and has written a great guide to Victoria that is insightful and entertaining. All in all, awesome!

I was in town on business for a month, and this place was a perfect oasis amidst long days and lots of work. So comfortable, everything works great, and the owners are incredibly helpful and kind. Just a head's up though, that if you have trouble sleeping, earplugs are a must with a bar being right across the street.
Seriously, this place was amazing and I can't recommend it highly enough! -

I really want to keep this place a best kept secret but that wouldn't fair. If your going to visit the amazing Vancouver Island or even just Victoria itself don't even consider anywhere else than this apartment. It is without a doubt the best place i have ever rented during my globe trotting and is excellent value for money. The apartment has everything anyone would need for a rental and the owners couldn't do more to make you feel valued and welcomed. There is no contest for me on my next visit to BC, this place is where im staying!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. A beautiful space with everything you need. And it's just great staying right downtown in Victoria near everything. Lots of restaurants nearby, and also the apartment has a lovely kitchen, and grocery stores nearby in Chinatown. I especially like the view from the front windows, the bright, open space of the apartment and the simple, elegant decorating.
I'd recommend it to anyone!

We were pleasantly surprised by the location and the look of this cool, heritage restored loft. The interior was modern and well equipped and was a great place for entertaining our local friends. Being right downtown was great and the owners were accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. If we're back in Victoria, we'd love to stay here again.

This vacation rental, nestled in the heart of downtown Victoria, offers everything that a visitor to this beautiful city requires. The unit is very well appointed and is close to all major amenities and tourist hot spots. We found it extremely easy to access the city from this location, we loved the view from the stunning floor to ceiling windows, we loved the historic character of the Leiser Building, and the apartment is very tastefully furnished and has everything a visitor could need (including a vast amount of closet space!). The view from the rooftop patio is incredible, and every detail was accounted for - including earplugs for light sleepers. Doug has done a phenomenal job with this unit and provides excellent service, even leaving a binder available with tips on everything from local attractions to how to set up a wireless internet connection on your laptop.
All in all, this vacation rental is a ten out of ten and I would (and do) recommend it to anyone and everyone! -

This is a lovely modern apartment in a fantastic downtown location. The owners have taken great care in making sure everything you need is available -- from umbrellas to specialty teas. They've even provided a comprehensive and fun guide to local restaurants and shops! We would definitely stay here again.

This condo, in the heart of downtown Victoria, is a beautiful, spacious place to stay. I'm so glad we chose to stay here as it is not only close to the inner harbour but also to Chinatown, a variety of wonderful restaurants and cafes, shopping, the buses, and various tourist spots. We loved being in the heart of the city, and near the water. Victoria has such a beautiful and quaint downtown and we felt right at home staying here. The condo had everything we needed to be very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the big kitchen and the view! Highly recommended!
