If you want a property with all the amenities and a place that you can feel like home while you are away, this is it! With a great view of the historical, castle-like Empress Hotel (a tourist attraction in its own right), B.C. Legislature and Museum, you can't ask for much else. The kitchen is extremely well appointed for those gourmands out there. You can stock up the fridge and freezer while here and easily cook up whatever you need. I didn't have to go to a restaurant the whole 10 days of my stay, but only did so because I wanted to. Easy walking to a tonne of restaurants if you wish, including two that sandwich the building on Burnett ave and one directly across from the Falls. The beds are super comfy and both bathrooms are spacious and have everything you need. The interior has beautiful hardwood flooring and esthetically speaking, this condo is very pleasing to the eye. Its nice sitting on the patio, soaking in some sunshine while eating or drinking a cool beverage and enjoying the view. Staying here is flat out relaxing. When it gets dark out, there is a big screen TV to keep you entertained and speedy and reliable Wi-fi internet access. If I could move into this unit I would! I couldn't have asked for more for my stay in Victoria, Very handy to having a parking stall in the parkade :) The Falls was a real treat!! Highly recommended! Would come again in a heartbeat!

Fernando is an excellent host. Everything was well organised and the property is very well equipped.
You are right in the centre of Victoria walking distance of everything.
It is great to have parking in the building .You will not need a vehicle for Victoria but a trip out to Sooke and the beaches to the north of Sooke is recommended as is a walk to Beacon Hill park and back via the harbour walkway
Victoria has some great restaurants bookings good idea.
We hope to return to Victoria and would love to stay here again Thoroughly recommended -

Our family of four (mom, dad,19-year old son and 7-year old daughter) stayed at this lovely condo for a week over Christmas in order to spend the holidays with family in Victoria and Sidney. Couldn't have asked for a more convenient downtown location (steps from Empress, Inner Harbor, and Beacon Hill Park) or a more pleasantly appointed rental. Modern, clean, quiet building with security access and underground parking. Kristy checked us in and out with ease. Bought groceries at nearby Thrifty Foods on our arrival night and thoroughly enjoyed having everything we needed in the condo to feel right at home. Layout is ideal for a family - master suite is at far end of hall so a nice retreat if a break is needed. Enjoyed the view of the government buildings (lit at night), balcony, and dvd player, wi-fi, fireplace, on-site fitness center, etc. Thanks for a lovely Christmas!

We had a wonderful time at this vacation rental. The condo has everything and more. Very comfortable beds, great bathrooms and lots of hot water, kitchen is fully equipped for preparing great meals. The condo is very quiet there is no noise from neighbors, the views are beautiful, especially at night with the Parliament building all lit up. The location cannot be better it is within walking distance to all the major sights and excellent restaurants. The building is very secure. I highly recommend this vacation rental and hope to return soon. The owner is very responsive and caring. Selina ensures you are welcomed and she explains all the details to make your stay comfortable.

The condo. was perfectly located to the downtown Victoria activities and shopping. It was very nice and well kept. The only possible issue was the small 2nd bedroom since we were staying with another couple and not children. The whole transaction was very easy from reservation to check out! Everything was also included like parking and taxes which made it hassle free and we felt like it was a bargain compared to hotel rates!

Family adults found this beautiful, very modern condo in the perfect location for visiting Victoria! Alone or in groups we could shop, see the sites, walk alone the waterfront by the Emperess Hotel or enjoy the nightscape of the city from our balcony. It was great for our family! We only wish we could have had a longer stay. We hope to travel there again & encourage all looking for an easy, secure, clean & well designed condo to visit. It was just the right location! Thanks for good management & answering every need.

The unit is perfect and amazingly so much more for the purpose anyone would require. The location of the building, which is BTW a really awesome modern condo, is a few steps away from all the prime attractions and amenities.
Stepping inside the unit is an experience. It's impeccably clean and surrounded with touches of modernness but very homely. The kitchen is well equipped and the surrounding glass walls overlooking some of the great views is quite beautiful. Night or day, just sitting and looking out is nice enough. The bedroom speaks of comfort, bath and beyond as well.
Staying in this awesome place makes us think twice of ever staying in a hotel again. This is truly a home away from one.
We had the pleasure of meeting our friendly hosts who help us settle in. They're the most generous and very accommodating people. Thank you for making our stay in beautiful Victoria a truly beautiful experience. -

Aside from being a nice, new and well appointed condo in the heart of downtown Victoria, the service by the owners/manager was top notch. There was considerable attention paid to ensuring a smooth check-in and out, directions, parking and then flow-up to see how our stay went. Very impressed and would recommend to friends.

This location was absolutely perfect for our stay 4-night stay. Our group was 3 adults, including one of somewhat advancing age. The location is within blocks of all downtown sites and activities.The condo itself is meticulously maintained, extremely well-appointed, comfortable and fully functional. Just about every amenity needed for an extended stay is included.On top of that, the owner is extremely pleasant to work with and was especially attentive to our needs. We could not have asked for more, and would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone.
