Our rates are based on our minimum 7 night stay. Parking, exit cleaning, local and long distance phone calls to anywhere in N. America, secure Wi-Fi, Cable TV are all included in rates.
We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and Union Card. If you have a Canadian bank account you may also pay by Email Interac payment.
We do require a credit card authorization for a $500 security deposit. This authorization does not affect your spending limit and does not appear as a charge on your credit card unless we are required to process charges for damages sustained to the property while you are in occupancy.
PLEASE NOTE: TAXES DO NOT APPLY TO BOOKINGS OF MORE THAN ONE MONTH (You can book for one month + one additional night in order to qualify for a tax exemption of 8% BC PST and City of Victoria MRT)
