Secure underground parking, balcony, fully stocked kitchen, linens and cleaning service, wifi hi-speed internet, cable/DVD/TV.
Guests like that it is just steps away from all the city centre attractions, but still very quiet. We have a fully appointed kitchen, so you can dine in. And when you want to dine out - we have lots of recommendations for best places to go, just across the street and around the corner!

The 2 bedroom, 5th floor Citylights, Corazon bldg apt on Cormorant St is quite accurately described on the owners website. It is very well maintained,very clean, with good quality linen and kitchen hardware. The apt is very well located in terms of walking access to all that Victoria has to offer. It is 1 1/2 blocks from Chinatown, many good coffee shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Buses are within 1 block. The wifi service is fast and easy to connect with. Having your own washer and dryer is most convenient, as is the secure in-building parking. The staff who met us on arrival and departure was very helpful, able to respond to any questions posed and provided easy access if problems arose (they didn't).
Several issues over which the owners would have no control are: there is a fair bit of background ambient noise in the neighbourhood (some local construction, noisy local aC units) and there is a Chinese restaurant 5 floors immediately below the balcony of this unit whose kitchen exhaust fan vents 4 floors directly below the apt, so you know exactly what is being prepared! -

This 2 bedroom condo was extremely well kept and
clean. We found it
quiet and private. The layout of
the condo allows separation of the
2nd bedroom from
the 1st and the pullout couch was fine for our 16
year
old. All in all, it was a perfect layout and fit for
4 people.
The only issues we had was a garborator
that didn't work and a slow
drain in the bathtub,
which the managers were unaware of and going to
attend
to right away, once we left. The underground, secure
parking
was very nice and the proximity to downtown
allowed us to walk from
our condo to shopping and
restaurants. Great spot... no view though
so don't
expect one, we knew this and were fine with it. -

I had the pleasure of staying in this fully furnished condo, located in downtown Victoria. The condition of the suite was very new, well maintained and tastefully furnished. It came fully stocked with everything I needed from dishes to detergent for the laundry machine - I felt comfortable and very much at home.
The location is great, within walking distance to many resturants and shops. It was very convenient to get around and I would highly recommend the suite to those travelling on business or pleasure who want the luxury experience of staying at a nice hotel, but with the added comforts of home.
