Conveniently located on a quiet, well-treed street among some of Victoria's finest heritage homes, we are ideally situated, within walking distance of downtown Victoria, the Inner Harbour, Beacon Hill Park, Cook Street Village and the beach.

The Oak Queen Suite is a comfortable and quiet choice for a convenient your stay in Victoria, BC. Located on the 3rd floor, this gorgeous suite has a lovely outlook to the historic homes of our Rockland neighbours. The fully equipped new kitchen makes preparation of your home cooked meals easy and contains a dining table and chairs for family style eating. The living room features a cozy couch and the original Arts and Crafts fireplace surround has been fitted with an electric fireplace for your warmth and pleasure. A cozy west facing bedroom boasts a queen size bed, luxurious cotton bedding, and hypoallergenic wool duvet; a great place to watch our colourful sunsets in comfort. Be sure you save some time to luxuriate in the wonderfully deep original bath tub, too.

We have several suites, so we can accommodate a group. We do not have a tourist license, and can only rent for 30 days or longer.
