This is a well located home, great for 6 adults and children. Feel the spaciousness with 12 foot ceilings and clean as a whistle due to floorboard flooring. Great kitchen with all what you will need to cook. Although the house is in a whisper quiet street with great neighbours, it is within walking distance from a large indoor shopping centre, with cafes and restaurants along the way. It is no more than 5 minutes drive to the city and 10 minutes to the airport. Victoria Park is a very central location to anywhere in Perth.

This is in a fantastic location for travellers, business visitors or just a family who wants a week away from the country to the city. It is 5 minutes from Perth and the river, 10 minutes to the airport and approx 15 to 20 minutes from Fremantle and the ocean. There is the Burswood Hotel 5 minutes away including the dome for Concerts etc, lots of shopping within walking distance. The train station a couple of minutes away and the bus is practically on your doorstep, or around the corner!

If you wish to stay longer than one week and need extra cleaning this can be provided at a very reasonable cost of $150 per needed clean. On leaving the property it needs to be left in reasonable condition, although we do clean before the next guests go in. There are no taxes or extra fees other than that.
