Blissful Beach House is a spacious 3 bedroom / 2 bath, private, west coast, sandy beach fantasy setting, now available for you and your family to enjoy.

Snow birds and summer vacationers will equally love the opportunity to stay here and make memories. Parker Ave is a very sought after address in Victoria and a rare find in the rental market.

Two living spaces provide separation should the family require it, and a full size dining room allow everyone to eat together. The master bedroom (with an electric adjustable bed) is on the first floor and the two additional queen size bedrooms are upstairs. An updated fully equipped kitc...hen with more than you likely need also has a comfortable dine-in table for a more casual style dining. There are two spacious stall shower bathrooms, one even has a bench . There are safety bars too should you or someone in the family need them.

The patio are has been newly glassed in so that you can enjoy it more often even in the winter months as it blocks the wind which is often th eonly reason it is chilly here. Victorians enjoy more than their fair share of sunchine all year long and you can take full adavntage of that in this home with the front living area being a purely a panoramic view of the water and mountains and islands.

All of our properties come standard with high speed wi-fi and this one has Shaw HD in the primary living area, if you can stop gazing out the windows.

Cordova Bay, Vancouver Islandis located between downtown Victoria and Butchart Gardens. A relaxing mix of the rural pace and city amenities, this sand and pebble stone beach with it's seaside cottages and restaurants is a popular getway for swimming and sunbathing on hot summer days.

If you can peel yourself away from the views and sandy beaches, Cordova bay golf course is minutes away, as is Mattick’s Farm complete with markets, restaurants, mini-golf and tea.

Biking enthusiasts will love the rides from this location. Pedal along Cordova Bay through Mount Doug Park and then head over to Ten Mile Point to ride along Beach and Dallas roads to arrive at Ogden Point or downtown Victoria.
