It is a great location, Less than 5km from DT Victoria, we are 3km to the University of Victoria, Camosun College, and St. Michael's University, shopping downtown Victoria, and have easy access to the airport or bus terminal. We are also walking distance to a public golf course, a heritage park, and a recreation centre. There is excellent public bus services to and from the university an...d downtown. It's also a great location to start your tour of Vancouver Island, and the Gulf Islands, Washington State, Seattle, or Vancouver.

A Main Floor Suite, for your vacation rental, fully furnished, executive groups, family reunions, an all inclusive accommodation, weekly, monthly rental. Inquire about, daily, weekly, monthly/high season/low season rates available. Rates are as low as$172.00/ 225.00nt/ $1200.00 $1400./ weekly.

Not to be confused with the main floor suite of the house, it can sleep max 6 people, although sometimes people would rather just have a room with a private bathroom, which occasionally i can provide, as long as the main floor suite is not rented to one party. This way people would have access to the common areas of the house, which would be shared with who ever is staying at the house at the time.

When you book i ask weather you want shared or private accommodation.

Deposit of one nights stay is required to confirm booking and preferred dates, unless the deposit is received, will the dates be booked, the final payment is due upon arrival, You can now pay through paypal, directly using your Credit Card.

Cancellation, unless i can re-book the space. you will loose your first night's deposit. Arrangements for another booking time is acceptable. Need more space? The house has 3 suites that are fully furnished and available for rental.

Housekeeping is available on a weekly basis, some restrictions may apply.
