The Unit is nicely set up, well maintained and very clean. Great location in downtown Victoria, close to the harbour and attractions, great restaurants and shopping! Will definitely return.

I stayed in this rental suite for 10 days in august 2012. The facility was clean, airy and secure. But the location is was really makes this place great. It's so close to everything that you have time to come back and relax between outings. There are restaurants and shopping within minutes. The management is easy to deal with and in keeping with most people we met on the island, are very friendly and anxious to help make sure your stay is awesome. I'll definitely return in the future.

Was a perfect place situated in the heart of the inner harbour. Right where we needed it to be for the Victoria Ska Fest but perfectly close to everything else. Markets, restaurants, parks, malls...

Wonderful location, can walk to everything in the inner harbour, but away from all the tourist trap spots. Loved the view of the ocean and mountains from the loft, and the exposed brick and character of the space was warm and fitting with Victoria's charm.

As a family of four it was a little tight. However, the apartment is a lesson in well thought out modern design - right down to the washer and dryer in the loft! We loved being downtown, within walking distance to bike rental, restaurants, and boat trips. We would stay there again.
