Our modern apartment is located on the 4th floor (elevator) of a quiet building in the centre of Vienna. The apartment is located on a quiet residential street ( Brandmayergasse 33) and is within walking distance (15 minutes) to the famous Viennese Opera, the museums, the Sacher Hotel and the very centre of Vienna. Right next to the apartment you will find supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The famous shopping street, Mariahilferstrasse and the Naschmarkt are also only a 10 minute walk away.
The next subway station (U4 Margaretengürtel) is only a 1 minute walk away and the metro takes you to the centre in only 3 stations. There also 2 tram stations (6 and 18) only steps away.

Apartment is very clean, quiet neighborhood. It is good value for price. It needs some effort from owner to be very good: pillows are old, couldn't sleep well on them. Second, owner left 4 towels for 9 days! Third, I asked owner about distance from underground/subway, she convinced me it was short walk, 4 minutes. It is not, it is 10 minutes - for winter, it is quite the difference. These small (or "small") things made me unhappy. Too bad, because apartment itself deserves this to be fixed - and owner to be honest.

We had excellent communication with the owner and contact person. We liked the apartment a lot; it was clean, spacious, and was overall an excellent value. I was so happy to find a coffeemaker! The beds were comfortable but the sofa bed was not. The secure wireless router worked perfectly, as did the television. The location will be nice and quiet when they are done rebuilding the sidewalk outside. It is definitely a good 10 minute walk to the subway station. There is an excellent, large supermarket nearby, but not really restaurants. That's ok, because you can be at the Naschmarkt in 3 subway stops and find anything you want to eat.

i had a chance to visit Vienna this year, have found a great site with apartment rentals, decided to try it out. Did not regret a second:hospitality, location, the apartment itself was fantastic, very glad i made my choice with Central Vienna apartments, will definitely recommend it to my friends!!!
