We were in Garden appartment and we didn't like it. Everything is Ikea made and at the end of its liftetime. The bed was so unconfortable that we couldn't sleep at all. Pillows were disgusting, I couldn't put my head on it.
There were long hair all over bad and floor.
It's also noisy and we could hear every step in building and every flush toiltet from other apartment, esspecialy from apartment above.
Just location is good.
We wont come again here. -

Not pretentious but a really good option if you want to be confortable and not to spend a lot of money. The boy who received us was very friendly and explained everything we needed clearly. He gave us his phone number in case we needed him. The apartment was located in a shopping area, and very close to the historical center.
I would only renew the sheets. -

Accueil chaleureux, nous avons obtenu de très bons conseils de la part d'Alex et avons pu profiter de quelques heures supplémentaires sans paiement supplémentaire.
L'appartement est très fonctionnel et est situé à 10 minutes à pieds de l'opéra de Vienne.
En résumé, laissez-vous tenter, vous ne le regretterez pas et j'y retournerai les yeux fermés. -

Wir haben fünf Tage im Vienna gewohnt und hatten das aquamarin-Appartment. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben viele Tipps über Sehenswürdigkeiten und die entsprechenden Routen und Verkehrsverbindungen bekommen. Das appartment ist sehr bunt und freundlich. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen aufenthalt benötigt. Die Küche hat Wasserkocher, Toaster usw. Das Badezimmer verfügt über Fön und hat ein schönes Waschbecken aus grünem Glas. Alles in weiß-türkis-grün gehalten. Das Zimmer liegt zum Hof und war somit auch sehr leise. Wenige Meter von dem Haus ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, die zu allen Verbindungen führt. Das Straßennetz ist sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittels versehen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben Freunden eine Empfehlung für dieses appartment ausgesprochen. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft.
Einziges Manko ist vielleicht die Hellhörigkeit. Geräusche aus dem angrenzendem appartment waren deutlich wahrzunehmen. Wer aber nicht so empfindlich ist, den stört das wahrscheinlich nicht so. Der junge Mann hat uns gleich bei Einzug gebeten, ab 22 Uhr leise zu sein und Rücksicht zu üben. Das wird er allen Gästen sagen.

We stayed at the acquarmine apartment in Koeblgasse, Vienna for 10 nights. The apartment is close to reasonably priced food stores, and also to TramLine Zero which provides a quick ride with transfers to most locations in the city. When we arrived we were met on time at the apartment and provided with full information on both the flat, transport tickets and top tourist venues. The apartment is essentially a studio flat with bed, dining area and kitchen all in one room. The Wi-Fi connection was outstanding with fast video streaming for on-line TV & Videos for our PC, supplemented by integrated TV & DVD Player.
The only downside is that there if you have a late evening flight, you need to find baggage storage elsewhere in the city such as air Terminal or airport since the usual check-out time is 10am and there is no storage in the apartment building or immediate neighbourhood. Also the kitchen knives were blunt so we bought and donated a really sharp Japanese style knife on our departure for future guests! -

We came to Vienna for a city adventure :) and the staff we met was freindly and healpfull. The apartment was clean and well furnished (but they do need new knifes and the wi-fi can be somewhat unaccesable at most times). For the location, it was realy nice close to Belvedere and in a quiet part of the neigborhood, whit close shopping places for your daily needs. The only problem was that there was some repairment ongoing in the building and they start to get noisy realy early in the morning, I mean before 8:00am.

We stayed at Garden apartment, ideal for two but for up to four people. Alex was a very helpful landlord and we encountered a fully equipped, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and well located apartment at a very reasonable price. There are supermarkets close by. It is a much better option than a hotel because you have a fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine! Towels are provided, everything is so clean! They take into account people's requests... It's been very nice staying there.

We've stayed in apartments throughout Europe and this was our first bad experience. It was in a seedy part of town and was very difficult to find. The building was run down. The owner sent a German language only person to assist us. We lost our deposit but felt fortunate to escape an awful experience so cheaply.

Inside: one-room studio. Colorful decoration. It was very well heated in winter. Bathroom with shower is good. Again nice decoration.
Location: not far from center (by trams & subway). Close to tramvay which connects with Wien Mitte (train to/from airport) & Praterstern (laggage room & also train to/from airport).
Nearby: Billa & several more food stores. Walking distance: brewery with good & not expensive menu (meat with sidedish abt 14 euro), big portions. -

El apartamento Butterfly en el que nos alojamos es perfecto para una familia. Todo parece nuevo y limpio, la decoración es original y agradable, el equipamiento completísimo, la calefacción funciona bien. La atención a la llegada fue buena, con mucha dedicación para tratar de responder a cualquier pregunta. Se nota en todo la buena intención de los propietarios. No obstante, no todo es perfecto. El edificio es antiguo, con cierto encanto, pero también descuidado. La entrada y la escalera del edificio no causan una sensación agradable. El ascensor se queda a un tramo de escaleras de la puerta del apartamento. La localización, a 5-10 minutos andando del palacio Belvedere, en unas calles no muy atractivas, aunque si con buenos servicios, requiere a una familia tener que manejarse desde el primer día con la red de tranvías. Un apartamento en el corazón de Viena nos hubiera permitido aprovechar mejor las escasas horas de luz del día. No obstante hay que tener en cuenta también que el precio del alquiler es muy ajustado.

Bardzo mi?a i sprawna obs?uga. Mieszkanie bardzo ?adne i czyste. Telewizor z DVD. W pe?ni wyposa?ona kuchnia. Dobra lokalizacja- 2 minuty do tramwaju, którym mozna dojecha? do stacji metra, a metrem do centrum. Podró? do centrum nie wi?cej ni? 15-20 minut. Bardzo blisko do sklepu Billa. 5 minut spacerem do ogrodów i muzeum Belvedere (obraz Klimta "Poca?unek").

We had a wonderful time staying in apartment Hunderwasser. The apartment was very convenient to the subway and trains. You are never more than a 15 min tram/underground/bus from the furthest point in vienna. The apartment itself was very spacious, and well equipped for our stay, and everything worked perfectly The apartment is both elegnat and comfortable - a really nice mix - but most importnat the beds and linen are excellent. Great kitchen, very nice bathroom. Very reasonable price and good maintenance. I recommend very much for the family staying in Vienna.

This apartment is really one of the best we ever had. My husband and I stayed there for a week and we could really enjoy it. Lots of space, everything we needed.Very clean and comfortable.Nice design and very comf beds.
The owners was very nice and friendly. Very good location. Close to the center and just a few minutes' walk to the grocery and super market. We appreciated the amenities like internet, washing machine, fridge, cooking facilities, crockery, and even some toiletries & food we found. We would absolutly come back -

We stayed 2 nights in the Vienna Garden apartment – a studio apartment at 48 Nuestiftgasse. The apartment is a studio, decorated quite cheaply with bright cheerful colours and a floral theme. The studio is on the second floor (that’s the one above the ground floor in Europe) in an inner courtyard. No lift. The courtyard has a few trees, some bare earth garden beds and concrete paving – not all that attractive. We were there in early July and no direct sun got into the apartment but there is plenty of light and it warmed significantly during the day.
The studio has a basic kitchenette (cooktop, microwave, fridge, toaster, electric jug) plus the best feature – a washing machine/clothes dryer. A small TV & a selection of Dvds is provided and there is Internet access (WiFi dongle). A fan was provided and it came in very useful in the evenings.
The location is good – lots of cafes and restaurants in the area and there is a small supermarket about 100 metres away around the corner and a larger supermarket (Hofer) not far beyond that. It is probably 3/4km to the Underground station and the start of the museums district.
There are roller blinds for the windows, but inexplicably they are nowhere near long enough to cover the windows and the curtains are quite thin – more for decorative effect. So there is a lot of light in the apartment from dawn.
The bed was comfortable, but the pillows provided were very thin – we had to add the cushions from the sofa.
The block is undergoing renovation at present so there are lots of unoccupied apartments and partly refitted apartments and occasional building activity.
While there has been obvious thought put into establishing a theme for the apartment, the quality of the fit-out was very basic.
Not bad, but I'll try somewhere else next time. -

Preety far off from the tourist location. Could get better price deals some where near to city center. read their cancellation policy before you book...i was surprised! (its somewhere on their link). Overall did not enjoy the stay.

We rented the flat when visiting a congress in vienna for 3 nights. A deposit had to be transferred before arrival, which they gave back at the end of our stay.
Staff was very helpful, I asked for directions and other stuff (if they have a coffee machine and what type and how does parking work in vienna and how far is our place from the congress venue etc) and they answered all questions in details. They very extremely flexible with check in and check out times also.
One double bed, two normal beds, one couch which opens to be a double bed are in the flat, the latter is the least comfortable, but still oke. If someone rents the apartment for 6 people, this means 2 pair of them will have to share a double bed. The apartment is in a quiet small street, in a very nice house, no traffic, no noise. Unfortunately its in the parking zone, which means on weekdays you have to pay a parking fee or leave your car in outer zones. Public transport is within 2 minutes walking.
Free wifi, hairdryer, well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and microwave oven, ironing board, etc. It was my first time to rent a flat instead of a hotel room, but it was much better. -

Abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni nella struttura e complessivamente ci siamo trovati bene, lo consigliamo a chi volesse fare una vacanza in questa bella città . L'appartamento è pulito, caldo, accogliente,molto carino e ben arredato. Il bagno ha un grande box doccia molto confortevole, ovviamente manca il bidet. Per quattro persone è un po' piccolino, ma è il luogo di partenza ideale per visitare Vienna essendo situato in una zona centralissima. Infatti è a due passi dalla fermata dell'autobus, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro e, volendo fare una passeggiata, si raggiungono in poco tempo i principali monumenti della città . l'unica nota negativa, se proprio se ne vuole trovare una, sono i piumini del letto che,essendo singoli e non matrimoniali,sfuggono da tutte le parti mentre si dorme :)

A clean comfortable apartment with one double bed and one double sofa bed. A camp bed is also available. Relatively central considering a short tram or metro ride will bring you to the center. For short weekend stays remember supermarkets are not open on Sundays, however there is a pizza take away next door to the apartment.

I would recommend this apartment - stayed here with my wife and baby daughter and sister-in-law. Clean and comfortable, everything works, very close to U-bahn. Only downside is that we were met on arrival by the owner who knew nothing about how things worked: cooker, dish washer, washing machine, clothes dryer etc. Figured it all out fairly easily however. Also on arrival we were waiting on the street and hadn't been told which apartment number buzzer to press (the owner was waiting inside). We had to call them from the street to find out.

We had 5 nice days in Vienna. The apartment is situated close to the center og Vienna which was very nice. We did a lot of walking in this beautyful city. We can recommand Haus der Musik in annagasse - and take yoy time to visit Verner in Wein Gebotschaft - also in annagasse.

We throughly enjoyed staying in this apt. It was in a good location, had more appliances than we needed. Pleasantly decorated, a grocery store nearby, very comfortable beds, quiet building. Staff was friendly and polite. Very nice to have a washer/dryer. We would love to stay here again.

It was very easy to check-in, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was
charming and comfortable, and it had all of the kitchen supplies we needed
(and more). There is a small, but adequate grocery store (Billa) just a short
block away, and the street tram (strassebahn) only a little further. There are
restaurants and other stores around the corner, and it was very easy to walk.
The best part is that everything we needed was there, and the apartment is
very well-kept, new, and clean. With 6 people, we had both the Aquamarine
and Butterfly apartments that shared a common entry, and it was ideal. We
had plenty of room to move around, and the beds were very comfortable. In
the private bedroom of the Butterfly apartment, we wish they would have had a
solid curtain over the window, because the moon and other apartment lights
were somewhat bright at night. -

We were a group of 5 people and stayed in the appartment for 3 nights. The stay was fantastic. Location is excellent, very near to a metro station and not far to the center of Vienna. Although it is in a quite area so you miss the night life fun. But it is excellent for groups which can have their own way of celebration. Kitchen and toilet were very neat and well maintained. Over all it was very comfortable and enjoyble stay. Very nice furniture. Highly recommended for families and group up to 5 people.

Este mes de febrero nos hemos estado mis compañeros de carrera y yo en el Apartment Imperial de Viena!!!Este apartamento es lo mejor!!Lo recomiendo mucho a todo el mundo!Esta decorado de una manera que te hace parecer que estes en uno de los palacios de Viena!!Es muy confortable, parece que estés en tu casa. Está muy bién amueblado y goza de todos los utencilios para poder vivir allí!!Es muy céntrico y al lado tiene dos lineas de metro que te llevan por todo viena, también muy cerca están los autobuses y los tranvías!!

Siamo stati molto bene in questo apartamento.
Sono due stanze separate e comfortabili. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi quando l'appartamento dal vivo e' ancora piu' bello quello nelle foto.
Apartamento e' ben preparato con i minimi dettagli, ci sono piaciuti particolarmente il bagno e l'ingresso.
Posizione anche buona, per arrivare presto all aeroporto e' molto conveniente. Per il centro anche, con un solo tram ed in 15 minuti siamo nel cuore di Vienna.
Ottimo rapporto qualita-prezzo.

The accommodation was lovely - very clean and tidy and very well equipped. . We cooked a lot and made use of the dishwasher. There was also a TV with satellite TV, and a DVD player. The furnishings were all new and the apartment was very well maintained. The apartment was in a good location, ideal for catching the U-bahn

location was excellent 5 to 10 minutes to the center of Vienna and with restaurants and a place for breakfast just behind it. having a local map showing local restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy was very useful for first night orientation. access to public transport was very good
Apartement is very nice,clean, quiet and has fantastic floral feature of stargazer lillies marks the mood, followed through in softer tones and a smooth modern finish, for a simple beauty that'll make you feel at home.
