The apartments are situated in very central Districts of Vienna, very close to the St Stephns´s Cathedral, Vienna Centre of Congress and Exhibition, the Vienna Prater and Schönbrunn Palace, offering in adition to the famous amusement park and the "green Prater" with extensive green areas, the main avenue, many large meadows and tall old trees and up to Danube stretches. Or the Schönbrunn Palace and Zoo also with enorm green places.
You can reach the city center either by foot, or underground. The subway station U2 and U3 are opposite the apartments and takes you directly to the center.

The apartment was good and well organized. The person met us on time and was very friendly answering our questions. We would recommend it. It was a comfortable stay.
The one thing that we did not know about Vienna was that the airport and subway closed at night and to get the first flight at the airport was difficult. We had to organize a taxi at 4am as the subway started at 5am and along with everything else. -

the place is tidy & pleasant, a 2 minute slow walk from U3 station, several minutes slow walk to the Schönbrunn Palace, supermarket is a step away.
the owner is very accommodating, price is excellant.
there was a previous comment about the surrounding neighbourhod - it is certainly not as described. we didn't see any problem, and in case we go again to Vienna, we would consider renting this apartment. -

Prater Studio: The apartment is very nice and has everything one needs to make oneself at home. The owner was also very helpful during the booking and whenever I contacted her during my stay. The place is relatively quiet and half way between the centre of Vienna and Donaustadt, where the conference centre is situated. It's also situated just by the Prater amusement park and the lovely Prater park. However, despite all these positive elements, I do feel that, as a female travelling on my own, I did not feel hugely comfortable staying in the area. The street the apartment is on is reputed for being one of the most popular street for prostitutes. While prostitution is legal in Vienna, I felt very uncomfortable walking back to the flat on my own after dinner, being "checked out" by potential customers. Some people may not mind but I would have at least liked being forewarned.

I would like to clarify that the area very safe, like all Vienna. The "street of prostitution" is near there but it is NOT our street. What I regret is that you not felt safe in the neighborhood. Unfortunately I can not control the traffic, I can bring towels or controlling the heating function or the cleanless in the studio ... but some things are beyond me.

vienna city apart!
we were there last month! it was awesome!
margarita was such a dear! for cleanliness an service (for portential problems , or the fridge that was filled as our arrival or the cappucino which was placed for disposal) we will give 5*!
vienna is a very nice city to visit! the appartment is very central and with the metro you take about 5 minutes to go shopping or take some photos of one of the most beautiful cities we´ve ever seen!
we havent any problems with the appartment or margarita (the host)! quite the opposite - if we visit vienna again- we will check in in vienna city apart again!

This apartment had everything that we needed. Before arriving to Vienna we've been to other cities, and definitely this was the best apartment we stayed at.
It was super clean, the location was great (something we always look at when we travel with our children) and Margarita was more than helpful. She answered my emails as soon as I sent them and she gave me all the information I needed (and more than what I even asked).
You will definitely feel at home in this apartment!!!

Perfekt! We stay with our 15 Weeks old Baby for 3 days. Everything was clean,Babybed, babychair and dishes were also there. In frigde were drinks and some sweets for free for us. The appartement is close to next U- Bahn station and Margarita a very nice person. We booked direktly for next year.

The facility provided more than expected from a "self-service" apartment (like a washing machine).
Troubling was the sound of the gas-boiler (only once for ca. 5 minutes but at 2am!). And I was unable to get the TV working (may be a brief instruction would help?) -

The apartment is situated in a very nice, clean and quiet area. It also has the Prater amusement park in the nearby vicinity. The apartment is clean and very comfortable. It is also equipped with all necessary accessories that allows an easy self catering. The host is very nice.
