This fantastic 52 m2 apartment lies in the art district of Mariahilf. Situated on the 2nd floor of a new house with elevator access, the apartment offers great comfort and a sense of wellbeing for up to 5 guests. Many famous theaters, museums, restaurants and sightseeing are within walking distance.

The tastefully decorated living room is the perfect place to relax on the sofa in front of the big flat-screen TV. The Wi-Fi Internet connection will allow you to easily keep everyone at home up-to-date with your adventures. The dining area, with a dining table for 6 persons, is connected to the open-plan kitchen, fully equipped to prepare t...he perfect soufflé in the oven or warm up a simple meal in the microwave.

At night you can relax in the cosy bedroom that contains a comfortable double bed. The modern bathroom features a bathtub and the toilet is located in a separate room. In case you need it, you will have access to a washer and dryer in the building’s communal area. We offer our guests the chance to park their car safely at our private garage, situated meters away.

In the area around the apartment you will find a range of supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants that will provide you with everything you might need.

You need just 3 minutes to get to the city center taking the subway line U4 from the Margaretengürtel stop, located approximately 200 m from the apartment. In three stops you will be able to reach Karlsplatz. When you get there, visit Saint Charles’s Church and the Opera House and wander through the Old City until you reach Saint Stephen’s Church.

Public transport, supermarkets, restaurants, taxi, gas station, as well as several coffee houses are located near the apartment. The nearest subway station (MargaretengĂĽrtel) is just 70 meters away - subway line U4 gets you to the city center in just 3-4 minutes. From the same station you can take tramway number 6 or 18 and you will get for only 5 minutes to Mariahilfer Strasse - the biggest and most famous shopping street in Vienna. You can reach Mariahilfer Strasse also by foot - the apartment is just 7 minutes away.

The rental price is for two persons per night, for the whole apartment. A surcharge of 10 Euro per night is to be paid for each additional person.

The check in time is between 14:00 h and 00.00 h, the check out time is until 12:00 h. (In case of arrivals between 22.00 h and 00.00 h there is 10 Euro additional overtime fee for our colleague, for arrivals after 00:00 h this fee is 20 Euro)

In the apartment there is wireless Internet connection. The price for the whole stay is 20€.

  Very close to metro station Margaretengurtel on line U4. Three stops to Karlsplatz and Schonbrun. We found that very important, cause we used the metro for 5 days only for 15 euros per person. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Billa shop is reachable in 5 minutes.

  Home away from home

  My two daughters and I have just returned from Vienna. I was on a Conference and the girls accompanied me to do the sights. I must say that apartment Mariahilf was a lucky choice.
  The booking went smoothly. So did the check-in and check-out. As nobody was moving in on the day of our departure, we were kindly allowed to stay on till our flight.
  The flat is spotless, quiet and cozy. It looks exactly what you see on the photos. You have a feeling that you have home away from home.
  Very well located: less than 10 minutes to Karlplatz by metro which is very near. The supermarket is just 2-3 minutes walk. It is on 4U bahn so very convenient for the airport.

  Very good and comfortable apartment

  The location was great, close to the fantastic public transport. With U4 there are 3 stations to the Karlsplaz in one direction and 3 stations to the Schonbrunn in the other direction. With tramway 6 we had 3 stations to the Westbahnhof train station from where you are at the Mariahilf street.
  The building is very nice and as the windows were facing the backyard it was also quiet. The apartment is very practically furnished, it's clean and we had everything we needed, it was really comfortable. I didn't know that there was access to the garden though. I see it now in the description. Anyway, it wasn't directly from the apartment.
  We have really enjoyed our stay in beautiful Vienna and a considerable part of it was thanks to the lovely Mariahilf apartment.

  Good Location, quiet neighbourhood!

  We were there for 4 days and everything was quite convenient.
  The apartment is clean, same as what are described in the listing, so do those pictures. Kitchen althought barely can fit in 2 peoples at a time, but really well equipped. I will chose to stay again if I go back to Vienna.
