Description from the owner

This bright and modern equipped 50 m2 (530 square feet) apartment is situated on the second floor in a 19th century building and looks onto a quiet courtyard. Due to its central location in the 7th Viennese district it offers a wide range of openings for tourists, most of the tourist attractions can be reached very easily bypublic transport, the historic center in just in 15 minutes walking distance.

The entire apartment is comfortably furnished and has room for up to four persons.

We provide PC with internet-access as well as WLAN for free.

Additional Location Information

The seventh district or Neubau is among former "suburbs" that form the circle around the first district or the inner city. It is quite a fashionable neighbourhood for students, intellectuals and creative industries. You can find there a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood.

If you stay longer than 7 nights you get a discount of 5%,
if you stay longer than 14 nights you get a discount of 10%.

For babies (age 0 - 2 years) we provide a crib for free.

Prices include final cleaning, all charges and taxes at a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Payment
We ask for a deposit of 20% of the total amount.
It is possible to pay the deposit with your credit card per PayPal PayPal.
Please pay the remaining amount in cash (EUR) at your arrival.

Cancellation
The guest has to announce a cancellation as soon as possible.
If the guest informs us in written form until latest 28 days before date of arrival, we transfer his deposit back to him.

  Accueil très chaleureux malgré une arrivée tardive.
  Seul inconvénient, des bruits de télévision en pleine nuit venant dun autre appartement dans l'immeuble.

  Great service - good communication by email beforehand and detailed instructions on getting there. Elisa welcomed us warmly at the apartment, which was lovely - spacious and light with everything we needed. The location was good with plenty of transport links and only a 20 minute walk to the centre. Thank you for a really great experience!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment and everything was as it should be - clean, comfortable and with a bright and airy atmosphere.   Alquilamos este apartamento en Septiembre de 2011, y quedamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estadía. El dueño es muy amable, nos ayudó con muchos datos que necesitábamos y nos explicó personalmente el funcionamiento del apartamento.
  El apartamento es bastante espacioso y muy cómodo para nuestro grupo compuesto de 4 adultos y un bebé. Si bien tiene sólo una habitación, en el salón hay un sofa cama grande y cómodo. Además, nos proporcionaron una cuna y una trona para el bebé. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado (incluso cuenta con una televisión grande y un ordenador con internet y wifi), no hubo nada que nos faltara. También había algo de mercadería básica, como por ejemplo papel higénico, detergente, sal, etc.
  En cuanto al estado del apartamento, lo encontramos en perfecto estado, muy limpio y con todos los muebles y electrodomésticos funcionando.
  Respecto de la ubicación, a nosotros nos encantó. Está a unos 15 o 20 minutos andando del centro, a unas 8 calles de una importante estación de ferrocarril, a 3 calles del metro, y hay un tranvía que pasa por la puerta. Además hay un par de supermercados y farmacias cerca. El barrio es bastante tranquilo, y en el apartamento no se escucha el ruido de la calle.
  Sin duda recomendaría este apartamento a quien quiera visitar Viena. Como ya he dicho, para nosotros fue una excelente opción, que sin duda volvería a utilizar en un próximo viaje a Viena.
