Centrally located 2 room apartment with a big sunny terrace in the 6th district, bordering the city centre. Only 8 minutes walk downtown to the Parliament, the Opera, Naschmarkt and the Sacher Hotel and Kaertnerstreet.
Right next to the apartment you will find supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The famous shopping street, Mariahilferstrasse is only a 3 Minutes walk away.
The next subway stations (U4 Pilgramgasse and U3 Zieglergasse) are only a 3 minute walk away and take you to the centre in only 2 stations.

The apartment is located on a small residential street (side street of Gumpendorferstrasse) and is within walking distance (8 minutes) from the famous Viennese Opera, the museums, the Sacher Hotel and the very centre of Vienna. Right next to the apartment you will find supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The famous shopping street, Mariahilferstrasse is only a 3 Minutes walk away.
The next bus stop(Esterhazygasse) is 1 minute from the apartment(13 A and 57A). The bus number 57A and 65 take you in 4 stations to the famous Parliament, Rathaus, Volksgarden and the Opera House.

This apartment delivers what it promises and is a good value.
It is clean and modestly furnished. (Bidet was out of order but that was not a problem.) Hot water is a bit limited so we had to make sure to leave an adequate gap between use.Internet connection was reliable and good.
We did not use the kitchen much but found it adequate for breakfasts and snacks ( there is a range of restaurants close by).
Being conveniently located to transport and a moderately easy walk to sights makes this a good base.
Megan was reliable and a pleasure to deal with.
Only downside was that we were only given one key which made for some juggling when our plans did not coincide. -

The apartment did what it said on the tin Megan was very efficient and the facilities perfect.Sitting on the terrace for breakfast or glass of wine in the evening was perfect.transport either bus or underground just a couple of minutes walk.Areal bonus was a new restaurant only 100 metres away called Mini great food and value with interesting menu

Wonderful clean and private apartment with all amenities and within walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and coffee shops. Having a balcony overlooking a green space was great for enjoying reading and morning coffee. It was within short walking distance to the U3 Pilgrimgasse train station which provided ready access to all the major attractions and the airport train.

Megan's replies gave me the confidence that I knew I had found a place that I could call home for 11 days.
The 2nd floor terrace overlooks a private main floor courtyard garden with lots of green vegetation which I describe as a "Hidden Oasis in the City”.
The modern windows/doors functioned as doors or louvered windows.
The dedicated internet service provided in the apartment was excellent. There is also a dedicated phone line for incoming calls.
You can easily walk downtown in a comfortable 20+/- minute walk or 10 minutes by walk plus metro. We used the metro "mostly” due to the fact that with our vacation schedule of traveling for 30 days we wanted to save our energy for the city sites we visited.
Some helpful tips/recommendations :
•Air austria has a promotion with your boarding passes offering discounts at various sites.
•"Airport Taxi" waits for you at your gate exit with your name.
•Metro weekly pass from Monday onwards.
•Flower shop metro Pilgramgrasse + noodles/sushi franchise + food store on route to the apartment. Specialty food items at S p a r - Gourmet store Metro Karlsplatz
•For walking downtown you have 2 choices walk to Mariahilfer Strabe or along the canal which will take you to the city outdoor market etc.
•Be aware that the city shops close at 6pm.
•I never assume anything as a given when renting an apartment for my travels so if unsure then ask the owner.
• Try "N O R C . H U" as the equivalent for g o o g l e street view map
I rate my experience an overall 10 out of 10 on a Deluxe Scale.
I can verify the description is accurate on all counts.
There were absolutely no regrets in choosing this particular apartment and Megan was a true professional.

The entire relationship of arranging to rent, renting, and then taking our leave was professional and timely. The photos correctly represent the apartment.
The apartment is a few block walk from the Utube - easy to negotiate - and on a quiet street. It faces into an inner courtyard, further establishing a sense of quiet peace. The neighborhood has several grocery stores within an easy walk as well as some very charming restaurants. We felt safe walking after dark. We were within ten minutes of inner Vienna by the U-tube. Vienna does public transportation very well. We came and left town by train and found it easy to come and go to the apartment.
There is a washing machine and a drying rack. We found the laundry detergent in the cupboard above the refrigerator after looking around for it for a little while. We were comfortably warm in the apartment in mid-October.
There is an elevator as well as open stairs. -

My husband and I rented Terrace Loft Mariahilf for 5 days (4 nights in May). The apartment looks just the way it does on the photos. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped (internet!). The bathroom was bright, spacious, with a large tub, towel warmer and washing machine (bring your own detergent though). The neighborhood was quiet and safe. To walk to the Ringstrasse takes about 20-25 minutes and since we love to walk it was perfectly situated for us. There is also an U station about a 3 - 4 minute walk which was great for those evenings when we didn't want to walk home. The terrace is beautiful and is west facing and perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the late afternoon. Even the lobby is bright, clean and modern. There is no street parking without a permit so if you're renting a car, factor in parking costs at a paid lot. We parked on the outskirts of town and took the train/subway in. We would definitely stay there again.
