In the first district, very central. Five minutes to walk to the square of St. Stephan cathedral and to the most important monuments of Vienna. Very close to the underground station Nr. 1 and Nr. 4, tram, bus and cab.
There are not only plenty of shops, but also many restaurants , bars and supermarket only some steps far away .
In Summer you can enjoy the green yard oft he Donaukanal where you can go for jogging, footing, make a walk around. There are many bars and restaurants with possibilities to take a drink or even jump into the swimmingpool on the „Badeschiff“.
