Sitting at the historic corner of DomGasse and GrunangerGasse, is a 150 square meter architectural masterpiece. It has a large eat-in modern kitchen with a Siemens dishwasher and Miele range. There are is also a large bedroom with a sitting area looking out onto the small square. Additionally, there is a large living room and dining area, with a wood paneled window sitting area to spend the morning sipping coffee and reading a local newspaper, or having an evening cocktail before a beautiful dinner in the center of the city (You are in the Center!). Lastly, there is a new shower and bath, with a separate toilette room.

Stefan's Platz c...hurch and Mozart Haus in full view from the window.! Can it get better than this? This is on the 3rd floor with bright sunlight and beautiful views everywhere from this corner apartment. Beautiful views from every angle.

This is where the Law Institute started in the 13th Century. It was the oldest location in Vienna and it continued here for 400 years. Time marches on and the law marches on and now there is a completely renovated apartment in this very spot.

You are right in the middle of the city. St. Stephan Platz is 2 min walk, literally. From there you have access to metro stations U-1, U-3, that can take to every place in Vienna.

The apartment is located strategically between Franziskanerplatz / Small Café (Kleine Kaffe) and Café Englander ( where all the movie stars, actors, musicians go ) between Café Prückel and Bräunerhof, Domgasse is pedestrianized and Grünangergasse has little traffic. I always sleep with the window open, I've gotten used to it since there is not much noise during the day.

It is very bright! Sun is in the kitchen and sunset behind St. Stephen, that’s the sun all day! Also, I would like to mention that floors are made from oak tree.

This is perfect setting for you to start exploring Vienna! The bookcase and the podium and other furniture is all solid wood, looks like and has always been there forever! We are sure you will enjoy this apartment in the same way you will enjoy your time in beautiful Vienna!

We have a brand new kitchen, and a brand new bathroom great entrance hall and a great laundry etc. You have everything that you need to relax in an apartment downtown Vienna, the best city in the World.....for the last 5 years..........and you will be staying in the best apartment.

One of the first legends I was told upon arriving in Vienna was a pleasantly terrifying tale of Templars.

The Blutgasse Street, just behind St Stephen’s Dom is one of the oldest and most interesting parts of the city. The medieval houses, forming a complex of seven old buildings (others include Fähnrichshof Nos. 3-9), were restored and improved in 1965 in exemplary historical fashion. Where lovers of Schubert used to meet in the cafe whose name was altered to “Zur lustigen Blunze�, there are now dwellings and artists’ studios. The name “Blutgasse� (Blood Lane) is without historical warrant. According to legend, however, when the French Chivalric Order of Knights Templar was dissolved here, so many templars were slain that the narrow lane ran with their blood.

The Blutgasse District also has one of Vienna’s special architectural features: the “Durchhäuser� (passage houses). The passages lead through one or more courtyards to the next street, passing from Blutgasse through picturesque galleried courtyards (the Viennese “Pawlatsch�) into Fährichshof and further into Singerstrasse.

Right next to the Blut asse is Domgasse. The street famous street where Mozart lived- Domgasse 5, which is managed by Wien Museum, has been part of the new Mozarthaus Vienna. The composer’s only surviving apartment has been refurbished and offers an opportunity to find out how Mozart lived with the aid of specially selected reference objects.

Visitors start their tour of the new Mozarthaus on the third floor, where they can learn details about Mozart’s lifestyle. The exhibition on the second floor focuses mainly on Mozart’s operas. he Wien Museum Mozart apartment on the first floor is the authentic core of the building - the rooms in which Mozart and his family actually lived. It is the largest, most elegant and most expensive apartment that Mozart ever had - and the only one in Vienna to have survived. It consists of four large rooms, two small rooms and a kitchen. Mozart lived there from the end of September 1784 until the end of April 1787. In these two and a half years he composed a number of major works including Le Nozze di Figaro.

Since you are right in the center of Vienna. It will not be hard to find good restaurants. One that is right next to the apartment is famous restaurant called Chamäleon. There is many cute restaurants and bars in basically every street.

  Eight of us stayed for one night in this apartment before moving into a bigger apartment across the street (owned by the same person) that we'd previously reserved. The layout of this apartment was terrific -- three sleeping spaces off a central hallway. For smaller parties this would be ideal, even for an extended stay.
  
  The location, steps from Stephan's Dom, is perfect. Even when crowds were milling about the church, the apartment was quiet. The building is elegant. Liska and her team were very accommodating. The restaurant Zu Dem Drei Hacken (recommended in our tour guides) is a 2 minute walk away, and our children still fantasize about the "Bon Bons" store on Schulerstrasse nearby.

  We had a great time and enjoyed the apartment. It was clean and the beds were super comfortable! The location is excellent for walking to many attractions and shopping. Feels like you live there in your own apartment. Thanks for a great spot to stay when we visit Vienna!

  Fun Family Vacation

  Stayed for 1 week, family of 4 in March 2013. Paid total of about $2350.
  
  It was truly a pleasure to deal with the manager, who was fluent in English, friendly, very helpful, etc.
  
  The apartment is in the perfect location, in a charming very old building. Very high ceilings. A large living room with sleeping sofa, modern eat in kitchen, 1 large and 1 very small bedroom. Temp was comfortable. Very comfortable for parents and two young children. It felt very spacious and comfortable.
  
  Although the neighborhood is essentially quiet, there was a lot of loud predawn outside noise apparently due to activities related to the hotel that shares the same building as this apartment.
  
  There are no regular beds in the apartment. The large bedroom has a futon and two couches. The small bedroom has a small couch/bed that takes up the whole room. The living room has a dining table and 3 couches.
  
  The small bedroom has a curtain, otherwise no window converings in the unit.

  Perfect apartment in Vienna!

  I can't imagine a more perfect place to stay in Vienna. The location couldn't be better. Walking distance to museums, parks, grocery stores, historic sites, and restaurants. The apartment is so spacious, comfortable, clean and surrounded by beautiful historic buildings. I think my family would it agree, it was the best apartment we've rented all through Europe. I came with my husband and 3 kids and we had plenty of space. Kitchen has everything you would need. Was nice making breakfast in the apartment or running for coffee and pastries at the bakery a couple blocks away. The apartment has very little traffic around it with cobblestone streets and alleys, was nice with the kids. Can't wait to return!!!

  The Liskor team was very nice. They helped us when we arrived and they helped us move as well.We were very comfortable at this very very very good location in vienna.It wasn´t easy to be here with 2 small children but we were happy to be there as a family.
