Located in an early 18th century building on the Schultergasse/Jordangasse, a picturesque street a few steps from Judenplatz, in the nicest area of the historic centre, a UNESCO world heritage landmark. The whole area is pedestrian, including the Jordangasse and Schultergasse, with the nicest cafés and restaurants in Vienna.

The famous baroque architect Fischer von Erlach (Schönbrunn, Karlskirche, National library etc) used to live in this building until he passed in 1723!!

The flat, on the third floor (fourth American) with elevator, is very spacious, 120m² (1,300 sq.f.), and has 2 dedicated bedrooms, a living room/dining room... (with 2 extra beds), as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a separate toilet.

The entertainment center in the living room includes a 40” HDTV with 180 international TV channels and more than 50 radio stations, a CD/DVD/Bluray player and 2.1 stereo system with iPod dock, an extensive HD movie library including a large selection for children.

It also features a USB media player which will allow you to connect your hard drive and play your own music or video content, as well as a bookshelf with leaflets and books about Vienna, including a DK Eyewitness Vienna travel guide and toys and games for children and adults. Location, location, location. The feeling of living in this part of town, one of the oldest of Vienna (end of 18th century), with all the charming labyrinthine streets filled with traditional shops, restaurants and cafes, is really unique. No cars. St-Stephens cathedral is 200m away from the flat (about 3 minutes by foot) as is the underground station for the rare times you'll actually have to take transportation (for instance the day you go to the Schönbrunn palace which is out of town). In 5 minutes or less by foot, you can reach the Hofburg, the Spanish riding school, the Graben, Kärntnerstrasse, the Cafe Central and dozens of other sites.
