Cet appartement est idéalement situé dans une rue calme à proximité immédiate (200 m) de Stephansplatz et des moyens de transport permettant de rejoindre aisément aéroport, gares et principaux centres d'intérêt de Vienne. De nombreux commerces et restaurants très proches facilitent également le séjour.
L'appartement au deuxième étage d'un immeuble sans cachet, desservi par un ascenseur, est grand (environ 90 m2 comme indiqué), propre (peinture blanche) et composé de 3 pièces principales parquetées et communicantes entre elles mais pouvant être rendues indépendantes. Une limite toutefois à cette indépendance : les portes ne sont pas pleines mais avec un vitrage dépoli ce qui rend cet appartement plus lumineux car il a tendance à être naturellement sombre mais devient une gêne le soir car l'éclairage d'une pièce bénéficie indirectement aux autres. Autre bémol : la salle de bains est très petite et est équipée d'une baignoire/douche à pan coupé (une baignoire normale ne tiendrait pas) et d'un seul lavabo. C'est la seule pièce qui ne soit pas à la hauteur du reste.
C'est un appartement quasiment entièrement équipé en matériel et mobilier Ikea dont le séjour et la chambre principale (la seule bénéficiant d'un lit) sont climatisées. Rien ne manque et l'équipement numérique est parfait : télévision par câble, ordinateur apple avec connection Internet haut débit, Wifi. Outre l'exiguité de la salle de bains et les portes vitrées, le dernier point faible concerne le couchage. Le lit de la chambre pricipale est confortable sans plus, le canapé lit équipant l'autre chambre qui sert en fait de bureau a un couchage ferme et est heureusement équipé d'une sorte de futon. Quant au canapé lit du séjour il n'a aucun matelas et se révèle donc très inconfortable. En réalité l'appartement un peu cher mais c'est la contrepartie se sa situation parfaite est idéal pour 4 personnes. On se demande comment 7 personnes peuvent y cohabiter confortablement ! -

I was in Vienna on a two week business trip. It made sense from a financial point of view to rent an apartment, as opposed to paying over 200 Euros a night for a hotel room. After staying at this apartment, I will never stay at a hotel when I go to Vienna again.
The landlord is very professional and accommodating. The pictures are accurate, and the location is as perfect as it sounds. Everything is less than two minutes away (walking distance). And by everything I am including the St Stephansdom Cathedral. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, and a pharmacy as well. There's an adorable cafe right downstairs that turns into a happening restaurant at night (they offer cooking classes). There are also plenty of boutiques and hair salons.
The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is spotless, and the living room is comfy and spacious. This apartment can sleep up to seven people if need be. I especially loved that the landlord had some condiments in the kitchen (sugar, salt, pepper, etc) as well as paper towels and pots/pans. I really felt like I was living in Vienna.
