We are very glad that we booked "Modern Vienna" instead of a hotel for our 3 nights stay - felt like home every evening when we returned after sightseeing. One night we invited some Viennese friends over who were also impressed. Very comfortable flat with nice accessoires and a host who has been thinking what her guests could need - great information map, lots of helpful little things available plus coffee, tea, spices, oil and vinegar, "emergency package", ...
Underground, trams, buses - everything within a walking distance, heading directly to downtown or other interesting spots. -

Great host - she even had prepared a welcome map with all the information you need - from supermarkets, pharmacy and other amenities nearby to important phone numbers, public transportation and sights to be reached directly.
New and very tastefully designed apartment, lovely atmosphere because of the wooden floors and the high ceilings. Lots of things like soap, toilet paper, coffee, tea, etc. provided.
Internet access worked without any problems.
Easy to get around, by car and by underground/tram. nice footwalk to the hills and vineyard.
