This 69 m² courtyard apartment, which is situated on the 2nd floor of a residential building, is extremely well-located in the Meidling District. As a crossing point between the Viennese city center, the magnificent Schönbrunn Palace and the famous shopping street Mariahilferstrasse, this lovely property offers quiet comfort for up to 5 guests and excellent public transport connections.

The spacious and sunny living room offers a modern flat-screen TV with cable channels, free Wi-Fi Internet connection, a dining area and three individual single sofa beds which ensure full comfort and privacy for our guests. In the same room you will... find a bookshelf, which holds a great international book collection guaranteeing hours of entertainment and a feeling of a real home. The 6-person dining table is the perfect place to share pleasant moments and the dishes you love with your friends or family. In the main room you will find the fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, where you can prepare your favourite home-cooked meals using the oven or the microwave. Start the day with a cup of morning coffee from the coffee machine, outdoors on the small but very pleasant balcony facing the peaceful and sunny courtyard. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and is an ideal place to relax and recharge the batteries for a new day of exploring this fabulous city.

The scpacious bathroom contains a shower cabin and a washing machine if you should need it.

To ensure you have everything you need during your stay, you will find a supermarket on the street just in front of the building. 10 minutes away from the property you can find Vienna’s largest inner city market – Naschmarkt, which offers everything to do with food and a great choice of restaurants.

Just 150 m away from the apartment you will find the Margaretengürtel metro station, where line U4 will take you to the city center in just a three stops. If you take the metro in the opposite direction you will come to the breathtaking Schönbrunn Palace.

We offer exclusively for this apartment a secure parking place in an underground garage located 500m away. Our parking space offers the comfort and freedom of knowing that your car is safe and secure. You will receive along with the highest level of customer service a secure parking space for the price of 8 euro per day.

Booking our parking online is easy. Simply inquire for the availability of the parking and you will receive confirmation from us.

Be advised that if you like to use our private garage you have to inform us upon booking the apartment to reserve it for you.
