I was there with my wife and the kids 4.5 and 1.5.
It is indeed a very nice and beautiful apartment, very conveniently located (5 minutes of walk from the underground station and a supermarket, 10-15 minutes from Schoenbrunn and the zoo).
It is very quiet there. There is a beautiful terrace with a nice view over the roofs (I regret it was a bit too cold to enjoy it more than a couple of times during our stay there).
A few points that should be important for the parents of small kids.
0. The nearest playing ground for the kids is in the internal garden of the house.
1. There are open stairs to the second level with terrace. Be prepared either to arrange something for that, or to keep an eye on the kids.
2. There is no equipment to protect the kids, like safety caps for electric outlets. May be, a good idea to bring your own ones with you.
3. There is just a thin wall between the bedrooms and the sitting room that doesn't isolate the noise, so we have had to be quiet while kids were sleeping. -

We stayed in this amazing apartment for four nights and had the opportunity to pass a lovely time there. All the four of us had more than enough space and the entire ambiance is very comfortable and inviting. The clear lines and features of the apartment create an environment in which the guest can lean back and relax after a day of sightseeing.
Its design is harmonious and its location is ideal for getting to know Vienna better.

I enjoyed my stay. This appartment is beautiful and I appr?ciated the kindly welcome of Christine.
Whe were 7 and I think it's too much. If I come back (it is quite possible) we will be no more than 6.
I just add that the location is very good.
