The non-smoking 3-room-apartment is situated quietly near the city center across from "Schwedenplatz". Through its location in the stairway II offers the apartment all my guests a restful and relaxing atmosphere.

Cross the danube channel and already you are in the city centre of Vienna. The St. Stephen's Cathedral can be reached after a walk of about 10 minutes. In two minutes walk are the public transport network (two subway lines, several tram lines, the City-Bus) available for the exploration of Vienna.

The Vienna Exhibition Fairs, the UN-City and the Vienna International Center can be reached via the nearby subway connection i...n a few minutes.

Stay shortly for sightseeing or you have professional obligations - "wohn-in-wien" invites you to life.

My 3-room flat can be reached by elevator, has two bedrooms (about 20 sqm and 10 sqm), a central living-room (about 19 sqm) with an additional opportunity to sleep for 2 persons, and a fully fitted kitchen (about 5 sqm). The total living space is approx. 63 square metres.

Furnishing and equipment:

There are 6 sleeping-possibilities in 3 rooms:

sleeping-room 1 with a double bed (mattresses are suitable for people with allergies), sleeping-room 2 with a bunk bed for 2 persons and the living-room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons. The dining-table offers comfortable space for 6 people. The kitchen, the bathroom and the ante room were refurnished in March 2011. Additional Location Information

The apartment is situated in 1020 Wien, Obere Donaustraße 101/Block II. It is in absolute conveniently near of downtown and directly at the Vienna Danube Channel.

Many attractions are within a short time to walk. Come and enjoy the quiet location and the charm of the Danube Metropolis.

Relax with a cocktail in a beachbar on the Danube Channel, look at the stars in the Urania Observatory or visit the bathing-ship and swim under the night sky of Vienna.

For all night owls offers the "Bermuda-Triangle" countless bars.

Also the Twin-City-Liner starts near the apartment. With this high-speed-catamaran you can reach the slovakian capital Bratislava in 75 minutes.

The Danube Channel has also its attraction for sports enthusiasts. You can go directly in front of the apartment running, cycling or skating. The route of the Vienna City Marathon passes past the apartment.

Within a radius of approx. 300 m you can find a supermarket, a coffee shop, a bakery, a pharmacy, two fast-food restaurants, several banks, two ice-cream-parlors, an outdoor as well as an indoor swimming pool, a petrol station, a City-Bike-Station and a hospital.

Rates above are based for 2 persons/night.
each extra person (> 12 years): + EUR 15,-- /night, peak season: + EUR 20,--/night
child between age 2 and 11,9: + EUR 10,--/night

end-of-stay-cleaning: + EUR 55,--

equipment for babies and toddlers (baby-cot, high chair, pot, linen, toys, ..) on request: EUR 20,--

Key deposit is EUR 40,- per key. We can provide up to 2 keys. The deposit must be paid in cash when the keys are handed over.

Payment:
The apartment is reserved for you, after I receive a down payment of 20% of the rental price paid in my bank account. The remaining balance must be paid in cash when the keys are handed over.

The rates include all energy costs, taxes and charges.

Cancellation fee:
Reservations can be cancelled up to 21 days before your arrival. Cancellations within 3 weeks of your arrival, your down payment will not be refunded.

Good to know:
For any damage in the apartment, not in the normal wear and tear, the host is liable and agrees to pay those damages.

check-out: before 10 am

  Wir haben uns total wohgefühlt: schöne, sehr saubere und bequeme Wohnung, mit allen annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Zu den Wiener Sehenswürdigkeiten sind es nur wenige Schritte... alles lässt sich prima zu Fuß zurücklegen. Und auch die U-Bahn ist direkt vor der Tür.
  
  Perfekt für gemütliche Tage in Wien - wo man sich fast wie zu Hause fühlt.
  
  Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohung extrem ruhig!

  Bernhard was very accommodating. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Located in a very safe area and convenient to the U-Bahn. Apartment has washer, dishwasher, and full kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

  Die Wohnung liegt in einer top Lage mitten in der Stadt am Schwedenplatz. Die Einkaufsstrasse und das Vermuda Dreieck sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. U-Bahn Haltestelle vor der Tür.
  Sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist dass es manchmal im Gebäude laut werden kann, da viele Leute dort wohnen, besonders im hinteren Schlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind ruhig.Dieser Nachteil wird durch die zentrale Lage und den günstigen Preis kompensiert.

  We had a very nice time here. The location is literally just over the canal bridge from the historic area. It was really nice to walk over the canal bridge. There isn't actually any view of the canal from the apartment, but that wasn't a worry because of the location overall. Just a tip for travellers by car - we ended up unloading our luggage and then parking the car at Leopoldauerplatz which is a very nice area outside the charged parking zone. This was a very easy way to avoid paying parking fees altogether. We just caught the subway.

  Das appartement liegt sehr gut, um entweder zu Fuss das Zentrum Wiens zu erkunden oder nur knapp 200m entfernt am Schwedenplatz die U-Bahn zu nehmen (oder in der besten Gelateria von Wien ein Megaeis zu essen).
  Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sind gut eingerichtet und genügend gross (Kinderzimmer) bis sehr gross (Elterzimmer). Küche und Toilette sind relativ klein, aber für eine Ferienwohnung genügt es. Die Fenster gehen gegen einen Innenhof, Strassenlärm hört man kaum. Wird aber im Innenhof frühmorgens gearbeitet, dann kann es ziemlich laut werden.
  Über alles gesehen, würden wir das appartement sofort wieder buchen.
