Located in a late 18th century building near Dr. Reumann Platz, a quite tree lined side street just a few steps away. The pedestrian area starts 20 yards aways, and leads to the Farmer Market and Favoriten Street with an abundance of the nicest cafes and restaurants in Vienna.

At the corner of the building is a conveniennt store, the daily farmers market a 5 minutes walk, one of the largest in Vienna!

This spaciously designed apartment is on the first floor(with elevator) 68m² (680 sq.f.), and has 1 master bedroom (with a King size bed , very exclusively furnished living/dining room (with a convertible couch for 2), entranceway... with shoe and coat storage, as well as a really fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with bathtub) and separate toilet.

the interior was renovated in 2011, original wooden banquet floor.

The entertainment center in the living room includes a 37� HDTV with international TV channels and radio stations, as well as a bookshelf with leaflets and books about Vienna . An unlimited WiFi ultra-fast Internet connection is also available free of charge.

Even so, cycling is the way to go in Vienna, Bicycles will get you from A to B quicker than anything else in the city. They have many advantages over walking especially when sightseeing. Environmentally friendly (no exhaust fumes, no noise) they are a good way of keeping fit as well. They require little space so traffic jams are never a problem. No need to look out for parking space either.

All this has made the City of Vienna decide to raise the share of bicycles in overall traffic to eight percent. A bicycle-friendly atmosphere is to help make bicycles an everyday means of transport. The bicycle path network is more than 1,050 kilometres long.

Bicycles are allowed on the underground from 9 am to 3 pm and after 6 pm on weekdays, and all day Saturday and Sunday. Half-price tickets at EUR 0.90 each are required for transportation.

The apartment is very well tied in to the public transport system, 200 meters away from the apartment (about 3 minutes walking distance) is the underground station. The Bus to Meidling railway leaves 30 yards from the entrance. .
The subway U1, takes you directly to the center of the city within minutes. St Stephen's cathedral is only a 6 minute subway ride away, St. Charles Church 4 minutes. naschmarkt 5 minutes subway 10 minutes walk. The new suedbahnhof is in walking distance or 2 stops with the U1 subway

Hop on and off the subway and busses, almost 24 hours in operation, very fast, safe and clean; day and weekly passes available.

Tichy ice cream shop most famous for his iced peach dumplings is 5 minutes to walk, amalian bath art deco, build 1926 4 minutes, Schoenbrunn castle austria most visited sightseeing 15 minute walk, numeros recreatioin parks in walking distance, St. Anthony Chruch, 5 min.

  One of the nicest places we ever stayed. Home away from home! Very private and still in the center. Super fast wifi we really liked and also the bed just a dream. Just too much to mention. Owner also gave us some great insider tips for entertainment and dining. The stay was like visiting friends.

  The spotlessly clean apartment is commodious and easily maintained with a large and airy living room and bedroom.
  All necessities are located in nearby stores and colorful open markets. Public transportation (buses and subways) are within a half block, making it unnecessary to use cabs or rent a car to visit all sections of Vienna. Ladies in particular will love the area around St. Stephansplatz for shopping, whether for clothes, shoes, handbags or gourmet food at Miele's all of which can be reached by the underground in five minutes.
  Mrs. Dali, the property Manager, could not be more pleasant and helpful. She helped us find services and specialty stores near-by, when needed, to complete the work that we trucked along on our working vacation.

  The pickup service (included!) from the airport was terrific: the taxi driver waiting for you in the arrival hall with a sign with your name: looked like some VIP treatment and is just what you need after a tiring flight. Key reception is at the apartment next door.
  The first floor accommodation in a typical Viennese apartment block is as promised: spacious and appropriately furnished.
  A good place to relax and easy to reach after your walks through the city of Vienna. The location is a small wonder: only a 4/5 minutes walk to the U bahn will bring you to all the sights in the city. It means that you can reach Stephansplatz (center) within 15 minutes. Several sorts of tickets to be had for the Viennese transport system (U bahn, streetcars and buses) and not expensive: e.g. a weekly ticket for only € 15 p.p. with unlimited transport in all Vienna. (only if you are there from Monday to Sunday, ask for other possibilities at the Tabak Trafik)
  Would have given this location five stars in its class, but for one thing. Something the owner can't help: a noisy neighbour. A loud voice, always talking. Pretty irritating, especially at 3.00 in the morning, when you need your rest after many hours walking and "dead on your feet". But they may have moved when you come...

  This apartment was recommended to us by friends of us who stayed in the apartment previously. Receiverd free pick up from the airport, the ownder was travelling and the caretaker received us, very pleasant lady she is also the neighbour, jsut perfect for any info we needed. Apartment it self very nicely furnished, especially the bed was very comfortable, seperate toilet, coffee was provided for breakfast, there was a fast amount of info from the owner on places to eat and additional locations nearby. Public transport 5 minutes away, center of town 6 minutes. Thank you again !!

  A wonderful apartment, great location near u bahn stop, safe working person neighborhood. Loved the airport pickup. We had reserved a car to travel outside of Vienna. The Hertz facility was a five minute walk. Quiet building, large comfortable rooms, adaqeute kitchen and bathroom.

  Great location with easy access to the U bahn, trams and buses

  Booked this apartment after doing a search on Trip advisor. The reviews were positivve.
  Love the location with easy access to transporation, the farmer's market in the morning as well as a supermarket and eating places. And of course the famous Tichy ice cream parlour. Was picked up by the taxi driver arranged by the owner promptly at the train station on arrival.
  The apartment was comfortable but there were certain improvements that could be improved. There were no litter bin or basket at all in the whole apartment. Could not find the hair dryer. The lights on the vanity mirror in the bathroom were not working. The day curtains fell off easily. And as it was cold the first night we arrived, we could not turned on the heater at all.
  Overall it was a comfortable stay.

  We had the pleasure staying in this apartment unfortunately only for 4 days in February.
  We didn't want to stay there at beginning as no other apartments are offered nearby and its
  not right in the center of Town, but we talked to the owner and he was so relaxed and confident that we booked. Wow what a surprise, we were picked up from the airport, the apartment is in a gated building and so cool. Nicely furnished, super close to all public transport, and only a couple minutes away from St. Stephan's Platz.
  Unfortunately the famous ice cream shop around the corner was closed for the winter, but he amalian bath was just stunning.

  Perfect apartment - Hidden Gem!

  My husband and I decided to try an apartment rental in Vienna instead of a hotel. As luck would have it, we found this wonderful, hidden gem of an apartment! The apartment was obviously newly decorated and well appointed. The apartment was very clean (no smells). Everything we needed was there. The master bed was very comfortable and the owners description of the apartment was true. The apartment faces in the front of the building and has plenty of sunlight yet on a very quiet street. The owner is a very nice man who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and also gave us good suggestions of interesting places to visit. Everything including transportation anywhere you wanted to go was steps away. And, as the owner pointed out, there is a farmers market nearby not to be missed! He was right!
