Location is in the InnereStad District of Vienna. One can find anything in this area. The apartment is neighbor to State Opera and Café Sacher. A lot of types of shops and shopping mall are just out of your door. (Literally !)
Like everywhere in Vienna, there is only paid parking option. Right under the building of the apartment there are two convenient garage parking. If driving car is not your option, public transportation is so easy and simple. The closest stops are only out of the building and few steps away. Trams, buses and metro are available and best option to go any location you would like to go in Vienna.

This is a fabulous rental. We have stayed in many rentals in Western Europe and this topped them all. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the opera, the marvelous grocery store in the Gallerie, the transportation service to and from the train station, the welcoming food supplies and toiletries...I could go on and on. The only thing we disliked was that we had to leave!!(but we've promised ourselves that we will return)

I have been commuting to Vienna for a year staying in over 25 different apartments. hands down this is the best. Location, cleanliness, size, balcony!!,ease of check in, hands on service when required. the list goes on. If you are coming to Vienna and this place is available it is a no brainer. Book it!!!

We liked everything, without exception.
The apartment is located only 200 meters from the State Opera and the pedestrian area with many restaurants and shops. 10 minutes walk to the many museums and historical sites.
Friendly hosts organized a free pick up by taxi from\to the airport.
The apartment is beautifully furnished, has two floors and a private terrace on the roof. Private elevator in the apartment will suit the disabled and very delight children.
On our next visit to Vienna, we'll stay here. -

We stayed in alp's larger apartment. It is lovely, the apartment is finished to a very high standard & Alp adds plenty of extras so that you don't need to bring things such as shower gel & toothpaste with you. The apartment is above a shopping centre which has some lovely shops & a great supermarket. It also contained a little Christmas market when we were there. The views from the roof terrace are wonderful.
Our trip highlight was the thermal baths & they are easy to get to on the U bahn & tram. -

The suite is based in the heart of vienna, next to the Opera and very close to the Stephansdom. Before booking this apartment i visited some other ones that were advertised as central, and one had still to use the transportation to get to the center, so as far as the location is concerned it was for me perfect. What i really like with this choice is that the suite is in reality exactly as it is in the pictures, no hidden surprises. I mention that because different travelers have different needs and something that satisfies my needs might not be the same good for somebody else, but if what you see in the pictures is somewhat what you are looking for, then i strongly recommend you this suite! The place was very quite, clean and warm and the service by the host excellent. We tried to spend the most time outside, but it was also a good feeling when going back to get some rest to be in such a nice environment, we really enjoyed it. It is definitely value for money.

Location is excellent, in the centre of Vienna, across the street from the state opera & near the main shopping area.
Apartment itself is fabulous, spotlessly clean, spacious, stylish and modern; a really cool place!
And there are loads of little extras provided that really go the extra mile; a bottle of wine, store cupboard basics (tea, coffee, sugar, pasta and so forth), cleaning products, bottled water and all the toiletries you'd need (very helpful for packing light).
The airport pick-up & drop-off service is a great way to ensure you start your holiday rested with no airport/transport hassles.
Cant recommend this place highly enough! -

The apartment is very well located in the centre of Vienna and near to the most interesting buildings, churches, musea, operahouse etc...
The extra service from the airport to the apartment and back to the airport is great!
Could there something be done to the accoustic in the apartment : there is a very high hearing sensivity. -

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. This was my first time in Vienna and I was going to be by myself for a couple of days until co-workers joined. I was a little nervous about this, not really knowing the area that the apartment was in. I didn't need to worry at all. It is in a perfect location, and with the entrance to the building actually inside of a mall, it's doubly secure. The huge rooftop terrace was a real plus, and the bathroom was as large as some of the hotel rooms I've stayed in in Europe. I could not have been happier with this choice. Alp took great care of everything, even my ride to and from the airport. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Vienna and hope to go there again myself. Thanks alp!

We stayed here last week after a long and delayed plane trip from australia.
The apartment was brilliant! Everything was as adverstised and a bit more. It is so very central but private. You step out and you are the front of the Opera.
It is spacious and bright.
And the terrace was wonderful and huge! You also get to put out your laundry to dry on the drying racks provided without it having to be an eyesore in the apartment itself. There is a covered area up there to protect you from the elements if you need it!! This terrace would be great for Christmas or New Year stay as I am sure the city would look spectacular.
The air conditioning and wifi worked well. The former was so important as it was pretty warm during our stay and it was a pleasure to get home a environment that could be cooled.
The price may appear high but the extras provided make it really worthwhile for visitors:
- transfers to and from airport.
- delighfully fresh and delicious fruit bowl
- a nespresso coffee machine and pods are provided (plus plus plus you have a nespresso outlet downstairs if you finish the pods like we did!)
- toiletries like shampoo, soap,
- drinks in the fridge and
- a wireless printer!! what a bonus!
Yes, the second bedroom is an open type loft arrangement but that was fine by us and would certainly work well for families. The magnificent space allows for everybody to find spots to retreat to during the stay.
Most importantly, the owner and contact people were great. Responses to correspondences by phone and email were extremely prompt.
I would highly recommend this apartment to stay over any hotel.
I know that I would use this apartment again in future.

We were picked up at the airport by a private taxi, delivered to the centrally located apartment, and greeted by the owner. Since we were the first renters, after renovation, the apartment was spotless, however lacked some essentials such as kitchen implements and bathroom ammenities. The furnishings were very contemporary but slightly uncomfortable for the elderly. The beds were very comfortable. There was one proper bedroom with a king sized bed, and a large landing with two twin beds. Unfortunately, the landing did not have any sort of privacy screening. The apartment was advertised as "two bedroom" and is actually one bedroom plus a "sleeping alcove" until this screening is resolved. Wifi worked only on the second floor and the air-conditioning didn't work at all, but we have been assured by the owner that these problems have been resolved. The internal lift, which would have taken us to the terrace at the top of the house was non-functional, but the owner explained that code requirements to get it working were in the planning stages.
The location was fabulous, right at the top of Kartner Strasse and directly across from the Opera House. Unfortunately, restorations were going on on the street below us, so we were awoken to the sounds of construction early every morning, but that was not the fault of the owner or the location. The view from the terrace was lovely and we enjoyed having our drinks up there every evening, reviewing the events of the day and planning for future outings.
All in all, I would recommend this apartment if the amenities that were advertised are made whole. The location can't be beat, the availability of the terrace was a special treat, and the owner worked very hard, under difficult circumstances to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
