THE APARTMENT
This is a beautiful newly renovated Apartment in the heart of Vienna. The Apartment has 51 sq m, and 8sqm balcony. There are many Transportation opportunities going in different directions in Vienna.
FAQ
1. Check-in and keys to the Apartment is always at the Apartment. You also get the address and directions to the apartment once a booking is confirmed automatically. You cannot get contact details before you make a booking.
2. We supply towels, bed sheets
3. Those who stay up to 5 days can use the washing machine and dryer
4. We have no free parking
5. From the flat to the City Center is about 4-2km. You have the Train Station just in front of the Apartment and will take you about 10-15 minutes to get to the City Center.
6. We have hair dryer
7. When you book, you get the whole Apartment to yourself. We do not live here.
8. We have everything if you wish to cook your own Food.
9. The Apartment is surrounded by many supermarkets and Restaurants.

PUBLIC PARKS
There are a lot of parks, and the most beautiful park, the AUGARTEN is just a 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Also the Donauinsel which is good for walking even in the winter is also a 5 minutes walk from the apartment in the other direction to Augarten.
TRANSPORTATION
There are many public transportation possibilities available like tram 2, U6, Schnellbahn, Bus 37 all travelling to different directions in Vienna just around the apartment

“Convenient and well appointed suburban apartment”
The owner of this apartment , Yuida, was an excellent communicator, met us on arrival, spent some time with us explaining all the features of the apartment in general and the transport system in particular. Although the apartment is not in the city centre, it is extremely well located for trams, buses and the Metro, all of which are within a easy 5 minutes walk. We stayed 4 days but Yuida recommended we buy a one week transport ticket at the cost of Euros 17.10 which covers all forms of transport and turned out to be excellent advice. The apartment was quiet, spacious, spotlessly clean and well furnished. There was an excellent WIFI connection and a multi channel TV. The kitchen was fully equipped but for visitors that didn't wish to cook there were several nearby restaurants and coffee shops, including Mamfs and for food requirements, a large supermarket, Billa, was only 6 minutes walk away. My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and would happily choose it again should we visit Vienna again in the future.

“Perfect Sight - Seeing Base in Vienna”
The Universum apartment was perfect for our 5 day stay in Vienna. The apartment had everything we needed and it's close proximity to train/bus/tram stops made it easy to get around. Yuda, the owner was very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed to get the most out of our stay.
