Sea View House is a perfectly perched beach house in the heart of the beach-side neighborhood of Bravos de Boston and the Vieques Garden District. This home is within one minute of La Chata beach, the true secret beach as it is only known by those in the neighborhood and a few surfers. La Chata beach is Bravos Boyz favorite place for a morning swim, beach combing for sea glass or watching the surfers catch the perfect wave.
This two-bedroom with en suite bathrooms and one guest bathroom is like a double junior suite . Both bedrooms are very separate with very comfortable living areas connecting the two suites.

I can honestly say that The Bravos Boyz consistently "get it right".
From working with Sandie on the rental agreement, to alberto promptly picking me up at the airport, to Theresa unwittingly signing on as my "Personal assistant", to Betty providing cups and ice and tracking my packages and to Dave who is seemingly "always available" for the most minor maintenance projects, they exceed their goal of providing Exceptional Client Service each and every minute of every day.
Sea View House is a perfect vacation house with two large bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There is plenty of room for entertaining inside as well as on the large terrace. I hosted a sit down dinner for 16 out there this trip. The location is perfect, it is very quiet, with the exception of pounding surf. The house is exceptionally well maintained, was spotless upon my arrival and sported all new bathroom fixtures this year (yes, this was a repeat visit for me).
All Bravos Boyz rental properties are held to a high standard with a focus on cleanliness, quality linens and towels and well equipped kitchens. You can be assured that you will have a wonderful experience in any one of their properties.

I am pleased to write an exceptionally positive review of the service that I received from the rental company, Bravos Boyz and of Sea View House itself. The Bravos Boyz are consummate professionals who clearly understand what customer service means in the hospitality business. From my initial contact with Sandie, through arrival and check in to different requests that we made during our stay, everything was handled promptly and professionally. Sandie, Thom, Kevin and alberto all went the extra mile to insure that we fully enjoyed our Vieques experience.
The house itself was exactly what I had expected. It is in excellent condition, nicely furnished and well equipped for a short or long term stay, I was there for a month. It lives much larger than it actually is and has a wonderful outdoor space that is perfect for a large cocktail party or a smaller dinner. The guest bedroom with en suite bath is large and nicely located away from the master suite. The 1/2 bath off the kitchen is an added bonus. The location of the house was perfect as well as it is in a very quiet neighborhood, close to Isabel and La Chata Beach. I liked the spaciousness of the house the most and he fact that I had to leave it the least! -

Good first. The Sea View House was better than expected. Vieques was very pleasing. Only housing issue was one bath towel per person for one week.
Now the bad. Our flight was one hour late from San Juan. I tried to call Bravos Boyz telephone & office was closed with recorder only. I forgot that I had received two other cell numbers from Olivia Sanchez. Alberto from Bravos Boyz gave up on us after 45 minute wait. He should have had our flight number & determined our flight was late. He also should have had our cell phone number. We share this failure. It was 7:30 PM & taxis were no longer making airport runs. Airport employee & Maritza owner saved us & ultimately contacted alberto. Alberto made it very plain that he was not happy with us - big attitude. Suggest you add cell phone numbers to after hours recorder at Bravos Boyz.

We at Bravos Boyz like to take every opportunity to clarify things which might be misunderstood by future guests visiting our island and/or our properties. Sometimes, even our happy guests, post maintenance or housekeeping issues when invited to leave a review of their experience while staying at one of our properties. We appreciate any and all feedback and thank all of our reviewers for taking the time to let us know what we can do to make their future visits more enjoyable.
In this instance the reviewer did leave four stars and we sincerly hope they enjoyed their stay at Sea View House.
In regard to only one bath towel per person this is typical for most of our rental properties. All of our houses are equipped with washers and dryers for the convenience of our guests. Daily maid service can be negotiated for those guests wanting fresh linens. Most of our guests prefer to take advantage of the on site laundry facilities and take care of this issue themselves.
It is unfortunate when some of our travelling guests fail to keep us informed when their travel plans are changed. We at Bravos Boyz provide a courtesy service of picking up our guests and taking them to get their rental cars and then escorting them to their rented property to get them settled.
We spend a lot of time communicating with our guests prior to arrival in regard to their arrival time and contact information. We cannot stress enough the importance of letting us know when travel plans are changed. Guests are always provided with our cell phone numbers so contact can be made after hours.
Our business is twenty four seven and we make every attempt to make ourselves available at all times. However, we cannot plan and respond accordingly without communication. We handle large numbers of guests and the simple courtesey of a notifying us when plans change is much appreciated.
We do have flight information but as anyone who has travelled to Vieques knows it is next to impossible for us to get information from the Airlines here. It is not like they have scheduled arrivals posted on the monitors for all to view. We are reliant upon our guests to keep us informed if something changes. We are here to work for you if you will work with us.

Took my family (wife + two teenagers) to this property for a winter getaway from southern New Jersey. The rental agency was easy to work with and helped us pick up a rental car when we arrived. The beach is only about a block away (just down a small hill), but a car was useful for picking up supplies from town and exploring other areas of the (small) island. The neighborhood surrounding this property is very nice and clearly high-end. We felt very safe throughout our stay. The area was very quiet at night.
The house has 3 bathrooms, which was very useful for 4 people (inc. two teenagers). The entire space is filled with nice, new furniture and there is a lot of closet space (thankfully we didn't have to settle a single argument all week). The kitchen is very large.
The best part of the apartment was a large patio off the living room that featured ocean views. It was a perfect place to have lunch or relax in the evening.
Excellent value for the money. Most importantly - the family had a fun and relaxing vacation.
I have recommended this house to several friends since our return.
