-Playa Sun Bay: The most famous beach on Vieques is the perfect place for a family picnic in the shade of swaying palm trees.

-Bahia Mosquito: It is best to visit this nature preserve at night, when you can take a canoe out into a quiet lagoon illuminated by bioluminescent sea creatures.

-El Fortin Conde de Mirasol: There is now a regional museum in this old building, the last fort built by the Spanish crown in the Americas.

-Central Playa Grande: Join the Vieques Conservation and Historical Trust on a tour of the lush island wilderness near Playa Grande. Be sure to visit the ruins of the 19th century plantation house while you are here.

-Navio Beach: You'll get some nice surf on Navio Beach, a turquoise bay on Vieques Caribbean coast.
