A home away from home. New, Modern & Fully Furnished 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms House. 10 Minutes drive from Vieux Fort town, the Hewanorra International Airport & a chain of White Lovely Sandy Beaches.
SUNRISE VACATION HOME is located in the Quiet Rural community of Vigier near the town of Vieux Fort. Perfect setting for couples, groups, families or if you just want a home away from home. It is also a perfect location for your honey moon.
Sunrise Vacation Home is about 10 minutes drive from the town of Vieux Fort, the Hewanorra International Airport and a chain of Lovely White Sandy Beaches.
Just about Forty (40) minutes drive from the world's only drive-thru Volcano and the Pitons located in Soufriere on the West Coast of the island. Rain forest walk is available at Des Cartier about 12 minutes drive away. Don't forget the capital city, Castries...only 50 minutes drive away.
New, Clean and Fully Furnished Modern House. Three (3) bedrooms including a Master bedroom with a King Size Bed, it's own bathroom and Private Balcony. All other bedrooms have Queen Size Beds. There is a Dinning Room, Siitting Room and a large well equipped kitchen, a second bathroom and a large veranda/balcony.
Internet, free WI-FI, telephone as well as a flat screen television with cable TV available. Each Room has a Standing Fan.
For those coming to tie the knot, arrangement can be made for preparation of the Marriage Licence.
Additional services such as airport pick-up and drop-off, a car rental or a private driver can be arranged accordingly. At least a week's notice is necessary for such arrangements.
Come enjoy the generally Warm, Sunny Weather all year round, Lush Green Vegetation, Atlantic Ocean View, Friendly Local People and the Early Morning Sunrise. A one in a Lifetime Experience.

Response from the owner Ms. Luciana Theodore booked for 2 guests and was charged accordingly by TripAdvisor. The entire house including the Master bedroom was prepared for them. Upon arrival a day prior to her booking date, there were 4 guests. I reminded her that she only booked for 2 guests as well as the payment policy on TripAdvisor. She agreed to pay for the additional guests and for her additional night. Afterwards, more people kept arriving and Ms. Theodore requested all the rooms in the house and agreed to pay for these further additional guests. The few issues that she claimed she encountered were as a result of the house being overcrowded with way more than the 6 people than it can accommodate. These issues were irrelevant as she kept asking for more paper towels, toilet paper, power strips, etc., which I readily assisted her with. The power strip was destroyed the next day and replaced by me. Imagine at 10pm one night, Ms. Theodore informed me that the solar hot water had run out. Ms. Theodore was not charged the full rate for the extra guests. She was only charged for 3 of her many guests at discounted rates and for certain days. Ms. Theodore IS NOT an honest guest and she tried to manipulate the system and the rental policies as she knew well in advance that she was going to have many guests. Her review is based on the fact that she was charged for some of her additional guests. There were no extra charges.
