Beautiful high class villa situated 8km from Vila Verde center.
Superbly placed on a tranquil hillside faced south and surround by forest and agricultural fields. The atmosphere is rural and it’s a permanent invitation for long strolls across the area. It has a excellent solar exposure, offering nice natural lighting across all its rooms. Design in a modern architecture style, all its rooms have direct access to exterior facilities. The full equipped kitchen is large and plenty of light. This villa offers 3 bedrooms (1 with ensuite bathroom), living room on upper floor. On ground floor it offers a living room and a laundry area.

> CHANGOVER DAY: between June 15th & September 15th is on SATURDAYS, rest of year any week day possible but subject to owner’s authorization
> Refundable Damage deposit (200eur) delivered on arriving day and refunded within 3 business days OR on departing day, if possible.
> Central-heating: extra paying according to consumption, when required, paid locally
> Bed Linen & towels (beach towels not include): changed every 7 nights
> housekeeping / cleaning: every 7 nights

• 60% initial deposit, within 10 calendar days after our confirmation
• 40% balance in cash on arrival day, when key is delivered
