No additional charges for Air-conditioning, electric, water, swimming pools.
Best Points; sunny position, open aspect with views, swimming pool, quiet area, horse riding facilities within the complex, walking distance to the local shops, busy plaza and champoinship golf course, on the bus route to the award winning beaches.
The first floor bungalow is on a small development known as Lomas del Golf, ours is on phase 4. It benefits from being in a quiet area and has an open aspect with views of the swimming pool, gardens and sea in the distance (4km).
From the reservoir (5 min walk away) you can enjoy fantastic walks, bike rides and panoramic views to the sea, Torrevieja, salt lakes and mountains of Orihuela and Alicante.
The property faces South-East so you can enjoy a coffee on the terrace and watch the sun rise and sunbathe on your private terrace until around 7pm. During the winter months the sun is on the pool area until just before sunset. The area around the property is very quiet; you will not hear any noise from the local bars or road noise. Within a 3 minute walk there are the local bars offering breakfast from 1.95 E and a pint of local beer for 2 E with a 2 course lunch from 4.95 E. They have daily and evening entertainment, free Wifi internet with low cost computers connection should you require.
Just 50m from the property you can take advantage of the horse riding stables, the instuctor speaks fluent English, Spanish & French, and for a small fee will take you for hacks over the lush Orange and Lemon groves which surround the complex.
As this is a community (all the properties which are similar) you are able to use the facilities of each other. So if one pool is out for maintenance etc there are 9 others to choose from.
