What extraordinary villa in a stunning seaside location! On approximately 4 acres there is also the tower of Cala Regina, which you can see from afar and from the entrance gate. The villa was built, that the sea is visible in every room. In the two-story living room, it is ubiquitous through the long glass front, whether you sit in the upper dining area at the long wooden table, or make yourself comfortable in the cozy corner fireplace. From an outside dining area opens onto the covered terrace with tasteful wooden furniture, where the sea seems close enough to touch. A few steps and you are by the kidney-shaped pool, which is filled with sea... water. Spots in the shade of Mediterranean plants invite you to linger, reading or relaxing, the sea view is always guaranteed!

The sleeping area with three double bedrooms and three baths with shower (fully restored) is separated from the living room through a door and can be heated with a pellet stove in the winter. All three bedrooms have sea views but are set up quite differently. Everywhere we see the artistic tastes of the owner, a restorer, which has succeeded in antique materials to contribute to new compositions together. In the living room next to blend art objects from ancient pieces of Sardinian culture All in all, no ordinary vacation home.

In front of the house there is a fairly steep, but well-paved path leads down to the water, a floating wooden bridge connects the final stretch to the shore. Here is a platform realized to facilitate entry into the water, or to sunbathe. The Cala Regina is known for its unique, crystal clear water, the bay looks like a large, shallow pool. If you prefer a beach, can drive in a few minutes to Mari Pintau, a white pebble beach with Caribbean blue water and a small pine grove, more colors it could hardly have. Or drive a little farther up the miles of white sandy beach of Geremeas.

The villa Ulisse is in an privacy and seaside location, high above the cliffs of Cala Regina. As a result you have a spectacular view from all rooms of the villa on the sea. Despite all the services just minutes away from home, you are not alone!
Geremeas is a small residential area next to the sea with long, white sandy beach. It lies a few kilometers from the capital of the island Cagliari, just before Torre delle Stelle. A very green, well-developed area.
