(Minimum of one week rental required) Villa Cezanne is neighbor to the world's most expensive villa, "La Leopolda", in Villefranche-sur-Mer on France's incomparable Riviera. The villa is one of ten properties in proximity to this magnificent palace of King Leopold II, founder of Cap-Ferrat, that are privilege to this acclaimed south-facing location and view over Mediterranean's most visited bay. Just up the road, crowds of tourists stop to take photos with this view as backdrop, a 100-year-old tradition and legendary souvenir of The French Riviera. Constructed in the 1920's, Villa Cezanne has undergone a radical renovation that now provides g...uests with ultimate comfort and state-of-the-art technology, while still maintaining its old-world charm.

The four-level villa (with elevator) sleeps eight guests, all of whom are carefully tended to by a full-time, permanent staff consisting of a housekeeper, a gardener, and a pool technician. Privacy, security and comfort are hallmarks of this exclusive villa.

Included in the rental price: Villa Manager, on-site daily maid service for 8 hours per day (except Sunday), in-house laundry and pressing service, linen washed twice weekly, normal use of hot/cold water, electricity and gas, In-house experienced daily housekeeper. Provides cleaning, laundry and change of Frette, Egyptian cotton bed- linen twice a week and reasonable personal laundry, a Life-fitness elliptical and a Fit-Vibe vibrating platform with 2 complimentary one hour sessions and introductory trainer, a welcome package which includes flower arrangement, a bottle of champagne, soft drinks, water and fresh fruit basket, complimentary daily stock of Italian gourmet espresso for use with the professional coffee maker as well as viennoiseries delivered three times a week from nearby Beaulieu master patissiers, and one gourmet dinner with selected chef.

20650 The ground level of Villa Cezanne consists of secluded, manicured gardens with Mediterranean plants and mature trees, sitting areas, table tennis, a Sauna-Gym- casual chill-out playroom, and an outdoor pool ( 8m x 2m and depth 1,30).

The next floor offers an entrance hall leading into the family room. The family room of Villa Cezanne is a spacious, casual space consisting of a fully equipped professional kitchen (stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, utensils), a professional bar with all its accessories and a saloon-style dining arrangement, created to ensure a bon vivant, party atmosphere. Large sliding bay windows extend the space onto the vast terrace for al fresco dining, entertaining and relaxing. In the living area, guests will find the professional bar, Poltrona Frau Italian furniture, Biancone di Trani marble floors with Berti parquet encrust, collector's art, a steel CVO fireplace, mood lighting, a Home Cinema and a quality music system. Three large bay windows overlook the large terrace and stunning views of the Mediterranean. Also located on this level are two double suites, each with en suite bathroom (with Jacuzzi bathtub and shower), air conditioning, large wardrobes, Satellite TV with entertainment system, Wi-Fi sound system, safe, mini bar, and remote-controlled mood lighting.

Level two (with street access) consists of a sports-themed double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a fully-equipped office (with Wi-Fi, printer, and scanner), elliptical machine, Satellite TV with entertainment system, DVD and CD collection, and a terrace.
